Rev shared in another video that she’s a fan of the Feynman technique when you’re trying to learn a lot of information all at once.
The four-step learning method was used by theoretical physicist and Nobel laureate Richard Feynman.
She explained that the first steps are learning the content and then “trying to teach the subject to someone unfamiliar with the subject,” such as a child.
“Doing so will force you to simplify the content, use analogies and examples to better explain it, and especially the areas YOU don’t fully understand,” she wrote.
“It will also encourage you to memorize the information because when you teach, you’ll be saying things out loud, using body language, and getting your message across completely.”
Rav said that then you had to “revisit the areas where you got stuck” and “develop better ways to explain them.”
For the fourth and final step, “try again until it’s perfect.”
