A health and fitness fanatic has shared his favorite snack from Woolworths – and he claims it’s perfect for weight loss.
Fitness coach Matt West raved about Chan’s $7 Yum Cha Pork and Chive Gyozas, which he said were high in protein and low in calories.
The tasty dumplings have become so popular that Matt struggled to find them on Woolies shelves, but was impressed that he was finally able to cook them up and try them out.
“If your goal is to lose fat and you love snacks, this could be my best find yet, but it turns out they’re not that easy to find,” Matt said in an online post. video.
‘They are definitely not in the freezer sections. I literally had to have six employees help me find these and it turns out they’re in the back anyway, not even on the shelf, mate.’

An employee eventually found Matt some of the gyozas and said they were usually in the refrigerator section with the fresh pasta.
He said the pork gyozas are “so low in calories” and contain 2.8 grams of protein each.
“You can get the whole package for just 320 calories and they contain 28 grams of protein,” Matt explained.
“They’re $6.95, which I think is pretty damn good. If they were ever on sale I’d knock over an old lady to get them, I tell you.’
Matt prepared the dumpling in two different ways. He steamed five and put the other five in the air fryer.
“I’ll tell you what, they’re mostly for plurality,” he said.
I like them both on their own, but they are an absolute 10 out of 10 from me. You really have to try these pork gyozas.’
Health-conscious foodies shared their excitement for the guilt-free snack with one statement: “Take my money, I have to go find these!”
‘They are delicious! I also recommend them,” said a second.
‘I’M RUNNING TO WOOLWORTHS AS WE TALK!!’ a third added and a fourth suggested: ‘Fry for a minute on the flat side and finish steaming in the same pan. So much better in my opinion.’
