Bowing said a large brown log and an S-shaped dark sinker are both healthy poop

“If it’s an S-shaped dark sinker, that’s also a healthy poop,” she continued.

Bowring then grabbed a small round ball of poop and said small balls or pellets are a sign of “severe constipation.”

“If it’s a lighter colored poop and floats, that could indicate you have liver and gallbladder problems that need to be addressed,” she added.

As a naturopathic doctor, Bowring focuses on addressing the root cause of a health problem, rather than just treating the symptoms.

For those who suffer from constipation, she recommends trying an ileocecal valve massage to “get things moving.”

In a last videoshe explained that the ileocecal valve is where the small intestine joins the large intestine.

Bowring said the valve may be located between the highest point of your right hip bone and your belly button.

She demonstrated how she uses her fingers to massage small circles into the area, noting that it is normal to feel some “gurgling.”

The expert added that small balls or pellets are a sign of “severe constipation,” while lighter-colored poop floating can indicate liver and gallbladder problems.

The expert then performed a ‘C’ shaped massage towards her belly button before moving her hands to the left side of her abdomen, an inch below her belly button. She pushed from side to side, towards her ileocecal valve.

The final step was to massage the valve up to her right shoulder. She did each move 10 times.

Bowring’s next tip was to increase the amount of fiber in your diet.

“Adults should get at least 25 to 30 grams of fiber daily,” she noted.

She concluded that you should also consider taking a turmeric supplement, especially if you have light-colored poop that floats.

The wellness guru said curcumin – an active compound in turmeric – can do just that help with liver and gallbladder function.

Bowring’s video has been viewed 9.2 million times and received more than 8,100 comments since it was posted on October 5.

Many people were admittedly taken aback by her images and wished they had been warned before watching.

“I didn’t need a visual demonstration,” said one.

“I PLEASE EAT,” another added.

“Good thing I wasn’t eating… no warnings or anything…” someone else responded.

Others wanted to know more about the other colors and shapes of poop.

“Okay, what about (the) monster on the board closest to you because we need an explanation there,” one viewer commented.

“Isn’t anyone going to talk about that monster black guy just sitting there????” someone else agreed.

‘I need more examples. My poop looks nothing like that!!!’ another shared.
