On his account, @jamesmoorewellness, he captioned the video: ‘Help your lower back pain now!

“This stretch helps release the glutes and lower back. Often, tight glutes can go hand in hand with lower back pain and tightness. Hold for 10 seconds and repeat 3x on each side!’

The popular video has garnered thousands of likes and people with back pain have flooded the comments with gratitude.
