Back pain may seem like an inevitable part of working in an office or getting older.

However, a massage therapist in Kentucky shared a simple trick for avoiding pain that affects more than 130 million Americans.

James Moore posted a video on Instagram this week of him standing with his back to a wall.

He places one foot on the wall behind him and then places both hands in front of him.

He leans forward slightly until his butt almost touches the wall.

Mr Moore, who has 2.9 million followers, advises in the post to do the exercise 10 times for three sets.
