A recruiting expert has unveiled a “genius” hack that can use AI to make interview preparation a breeze and land your dream job.
Hannah Goeft28, from New York City, regularly shares tips and tricks that help people succeed in the job arena on her TikTok account, where she has more than 142,000 followers.
Recently, Hanna, who specializes in helping ‘girls get it’, explained in a viral clip, which has been viewed over 2.1 million times, how you can use ChatGPT to make interviewing for any job easier.
“This is the easiest way to prepare for job interviews, and it works for any job,” she said at the beginning of the video.

In a viral clip that has been viewed more than 2.1 million times, Hanna explains how to use AI to your advantage when preparing for a job interview
Then Hanna pulled out a LinkedIn job listing to demonstrate the hack.
She explained that the first thing you should do is copy and paste the entire list into ChatGPT.
“Start with your job description, we want to copy and paste everything into ChaptGPT,” Hanna added.
Next, you want to use AI to generate interview questions.
“And then we’re going to tell it to generate interview questions for every bullet point in the job description and analyze the job description for the top 10 keywords,” she said.
Then ChatGPT gave Hanna five different interview questions ranging from questions about your experience to customer service.
It also gave Hanna 10 keywords.
After Hanna received the questions, she said, “You want to brainstorm answers to each question and make sure the examples you give match these 10 keywords.”
“You don’t necessarily have to say them explicitly, but you want your examples to show that you have these skills.”
She added that by doing this you “know that you’re highlighting the most relevant bits of your experience rather than just projects you can be proud of, which may not always be the same.”

It will then give you five interview questions that you can brainstorm on

Speak against BuzzFeedHanna revealed that she used AI for everything from planning her birthday party to job hunting.
She added that she hoped both job seekers and hiring managers would adapt to this new reality of technology.
“Job seekers need to adapt to this new reality. It’s crucial to approach applications with intent and focus on building a meaningful network,” said Hanna.
‘Instead of applying en masse for countless positions, investing in a small number of applications yields better results.’
And while she’s a big believer in using technology to your advantage, she noted that you shouldn’t forget to “nurture” the existing connections you have with people and networks with others.
