A hairdresser has revealed the customer habits that hair stylists secretly hate.
Telesa Brown, from Canada, got to work TikTok to explain the five most annoying mistakes a client can make.
To avoid offending your hairstylist, Telesa warned against making these common mistakes.
While some tips are obvious, such as being on time, others have taken viewers by surprise. One even claimed that Telesa’s tips were the “reasons I quit hairstyling after 34 years.”
Being late or not showing up at all was the first point Telesa raised. She said: ‘We get that things happen, but normally a busy hair stylist has a full day of clients and if he’s more than five minutes late it will affect the rest of the day.

“No shows, I mean come on, obviously we don’t make any money if no one’s in our seat, expect us to charge for this.”
Then Telesa shocked viewers with the stylist’s second annoyance. She said, “The second shows a color with dirty hair.
“I understand hair stylists have been telling you for years to do this; It’s not your fault. But I’m here to correct it. Hair coloring works better on clean hair, so for best results use clean hair.’ Before adding, “It’s gross too.”
Telesa also mentioned that he was sick. She begged her viewers never to show up sick, even though they waited a long time to secure the appointment.
The fourth reason Telesa gave was “Asking for a completely different appointment than you were booked for.”
She explained that it’s “hard” to accommodate, but hard to say “no” to as a self-employed stylist.
