The Maryland-based doctor duetted another user’s video of them using the hack to get rid of their headaches

In a viral clip, which has been viewed more than 3.1 million times to date, he explained why the hack worked.

The health expert dueted another user’s videos of her putting her feet in hot water.

‘If you suffer from migraine headaches, here’s a hack you can try that has no side effects and may help: soaking your feet in hot water, but why exactly does this help?’ he said at the beginning of the video.

He explained that the hot water helped to dilate the blood vessels in your feet, which meant blood was released from your head.

When the blood is drained from your head, it will reduce the pain you feel.

“This will dilate the blood vessels in your feet, drawing blood away from your head, which will relieve pressure on the blood vessels causing your migraines, which in turn will reduce your pain,” explained Dr. Sood out.

People flooded the comments section thanking the doctor for his tips.

“I stuck my hands and feet in hot water with a frozen bag of peas on my neck,” one person said.
