In her video, the dermatologist started by discussing what not to do if you have warts.

“I would never scratch or chew warts,” added Dr. Jean added.

She explained that warts were caused by a virus and that picking at them could spread the warts, making the situation even worse.

'Warts are caused by the HPV virus and can spread easily if you prick them. And can result in multiple warts from just one wart,” she added.

Dr. Jean revealed that she had treated several patients who chewed their warts and then developed them on their mouths.

The dermatologist said that you should use the over-the-counter drug Compound W to get rid of warts.

She noted that covering warts with duct tape also helped.

She then talked about the dangers of heating pads.

“I would never use heating pads or space heaters for extended periods of time,” she said.

The dermatologist added that this can lead to “permanent discoloration and, in some cases, the formation of skin cancer within that rash.”

Then Dr. advised. Jean users about the dangers of using disposable wipes.

“I would never use flushable wipes, especially if I'm cleaning there,” she said.

She noted that the ingredients in the wipes can cause allergic reactions.

'It contains fragrances and preservatives that are known contact allergens. The itching can be unbearable,” the dermatologist explained.

The medical expert also revealed that she would never use natural deodorants as they are made with essential oils and fragrances that can cause rashes.

Instead of relying on natural deodorant, Dr. Jean that you should use benzoyl peroxide.

Finally, she told viewers never to walk outside without shoes.
