Kerri-Anne Kennerley sensationally quit I’m A Celebrity… Get me out of here! after only four days in the jungle.
And on Monday, winner Liz Ellis revealed the real reason she thinks Kerri-Anne left the show.
The former netball player told news.com.aushe believes the TV star, 69, actually didn’t know what she was getting herself into and decided to call it quits.
“I’ve known her for a long time, I’ve had some long conversations with her, and I’m just not sure she understood exactly what was required of her,” Liz explained.
“When she found out she had to participate in these trials to feed us, she realized that if she didn’t, she would have to leave.”

Kerri-Anne then clashed with Domenica Calarco after she refused to participate in an eating challenge.
Angered at having to do three trials in a row, Kerri-Anne told her campmates she was leaving.
“I was sad to see Kerri-Anne go because she’s a really fun personality, but at the end of the day we’re all competing for food,” said Liz.
“On one of the trials she just pulled the pin right away, and on the second try it all went a bit pear-shaped… when she left, it was good for her and probably for us,” she added.
Kerri-Anne recently told That of the Daily Telegraph Sydney Confidential, she was upset about quitting the show in the first week, but said she was “great” living in camp with some of the “fantastic” famous faces.
“I’m very disappointed I couldn’t stay,” she said, adding that the challenges were tough.

Kerri-Anne admitted that she had never camped before and “never wanted to” until she went into the jungle, but noted that she learned a lot about camping life.
She also addressed Dom’s “hurtful” comments before leaving.
“I’m a tough old bird, but that doesn’t mean what people say isn’t hurtful,” she added.
“I also wanted the camp to know that I’m not a terrible person. But you can’t be sorry, because that’s not how life works.’
