Julia Morris was bedridden on Tuesday with a debilitating bout of vertigo.

The I’m a Celebrity… Get me out of here! The Australian presenter shared her plight with her fans and took a selfie in which she looked very unwell.

“Dizziness … any idea?” wrote the 55-year-old asking her fans for advice, many of them related to her struggles.

Comedian Nikki Osborne chimed in, “It bothers me too. I’ve fallen off chairs – people think I’m a drunk!

‘I second the vestibular physio. Don’t look up or down. Get up very slowly. Take a break from caffeine and alcohol.”

‘Oh girl…. You poor thing. Sending so much love,” one fan wrote while another said, “It’s the worst yuck! Poor thing.’

Another commented, “It’s awful. I live with it too. Google exercises to treat or try the vertigo day clinic in Richmond.”

“I feel your pain, I’m currently on day three of an episode. It’s terrible,’ another person agreed.

“I definitely need to see a vestibular therapist, they can determine if it’s BPPV or migraine related and hopefully give the right help.” Greetings’.

“It’s terrible – I had it about seven weeks ago. It takes a good two weeks to get over. Do the exercises they give you – works after a few days!’ said another.
