The full line-up for this year’s series is yet to be confirmed, but reports claim it will be Coleen Rooney will participate this year I’m a celebrity after landing the biggest deal in the show’s history.

The 38-year-old WAG is said to have received a fee higher than Nigel Farage’s staggering £1.5million last year.

There are hopes Coleen will move on from her epic feud with Rebekah Vardy.

It’s also thought she’ll get the ‘ultimate revenge’ as Rebekah was booted out early in the 2017 series.

Rebekah was this week ordered to pay Coleen a further £100,000 after losing their legal costs battle in the so-called Wagatha Christie case.

The full line-up for this year’s series is yet to be confirmed, but according to reports, C oleen Rooney will take part in this year’s I’m A Celebrity after landing the biggest deal in the show’s history.

According to The sun on Sunday, Coleen is expected to fly out in November to take part in the show of which her four boys are said to be big fans.

A source said: ‘I’m A Celeb bosses have pulled off a huge coup in landing Coleen for the jungle this year and the team are thrilled to have her on board.

‘She has always been a big fan of the show and enjoys watching it with her boys. ITV is thrilled that the stars have aligned this year and they can fit it in. The series will be one of the best yet.

‘Coleen has a huge fan base and she received much praise for her stylish handling of the Wagatha Christie case.’

The pair became the center of a huge storm in 2019 when Coleen accused Rebekah of leaking stories about her to the press.

Rebekah went on to sue Coleen for defamation over the claim, but it was Coleen who prevailed when a judge declared her claim to be “substantially true” in 2022.

Rebekah was later ordered to pay 90 per cent of 38-year-old Coleen’s fees, with an initial payment of £800,000, but has disputed the claimed £1.8 million costs.

At the end of the latest hearing, which started on Monday, senior costs judge Andrew Gordon-Saker has now told Rebekah to pay an additional £100,000 within 21 days.

He said: ‘I think there is some scope for further payment in advance so that the defendant (Ms Rooney) is not left out of her costs, and I think this should not be more than £100,000.’

The hearing, which neither woman attended, dealt with several preliminary issues before a full ‘line by line’ assessment of costs takes place at a later date, which will decide the total amount to be paid.

Judge Gordon-Saker said this could happen in early 2025, but added: “The parties need to get on with this and put it behind them.”

He said: ‘Realistically it (the line-by-line assessment) will probably be next year, hopefully early next year.’

As for the line-up for this year’s camp, TikTok star GK Barry is said to be in ‘advanced talks’ with ITV bosses for a spot, while football legend Ally McCoist, 62, is also reportedly heading into the jungle.

Boxer Tommy Fury could also be heading Down Under amid his split from Molly Mae Haag.
