I’m A Celebrity South Africa viewers took to Twitter on Friday to bring down Janice Dickinson, 68, and Carol Vorderman, 62, after they both refused to take part in the gold mine Bushtucker trial.
In the final episode of the show, the camp had to split into two teams consisting of the yellow team and the green team and compete against each other.
Both the team captains – Joe Swash and Dean Gaffney – were forced to choose two contestants to participate in the trial.
Before the trial, however, hosts Ant McPartlin and Declan Donnolly revealed a cruel twist to the campmates by announcing that the two lost would be sent home.
The green team captain, Joe Swash, 41, first decided to ask his team for volunteers and tried asking Janice.
Unhappy: I’m a celebrity South Africa viewers took to Twitter on Friday to slam contestants Janice Dickinson, 68, and Carol Vorderman, 62, after they both refused to take part in the trial
However, Janice declined to take part, while Carol, who also did not volunteer, said she was ‘not happy’ with the final choice as it could mean the departure of two strong team members.
After asking camp members if they would like to volunteer, Joe chose Andy, 42, and Toff, 28, who seemed enthusiastic, while the yellow team captain chose Jordan, 33, and Myleene, 45.
The challenge saw the celebrities work together as they held ropes and maneuvered a ball through a maze.
However, while the Yellows, captained by Dean Gaffney, 45, completed the task in six minutes, their competitors limped past the finish line after 25 minutes.
After the trial ended, fans quickly took to Twitter to share their anger by criticizing Janice and Carol for their behavior during the Bushtucker trial.
One angry viewer wrote, “Janice and Carol let their egos get in the way of running for trial.”
While another wrote, “Carol comes off with that as if she isn’t her team’s responsibility.”
Other viewers also quickly jumped on the bandwagon by sharing comedic tweets.
Probation: In the last episode of the show, the camp had to split into two teams consisting of the yellow team and the green team to complete the ‘gold mine’ trial
One viewer commented, “Carol wants to disappear under a rock, not be picked… (laughing emoji) #ImACeleb.”
While another wrote, “Janice doesn’t want to do a trial, not surprised #ImACeleb #imacelebrity.”
More fans of the show were also outraged by I’m A Celeb’s cruel twists throughout the episode.
Once the competition started to heat up, the show ended abruptly, so the results wouldn’t be announced until Monday.
Viewers were far from impressed by the “cruel” turn as they took to Twitter to vent their anger, with one even asking, “What are you doing?!”
Anger: And viewers were not impressed with Janice and Carol’s behavior when it came to volunteering or participating in the trial
“Let’s wait until Monday?!” enraged one, while another wondered, “What do you mean NEXT TIME???!”
“Literally end it on such a cliffhanger and we won’t know until Monday.” No. Furious,” a third raged.
“Leaving it there and making us wait until Monday..cruel,” a fourth person bellowed.
Another angry viewer asked, “WHAT ARE YOU PLAYING?!”
With an additional person adding, “Tell us what’s going on because I can’t wait for Monday because it’s going to get into my head.”
The four had to take part in the Gold Rush trial, in which they had to find gold nuggets buried in identical mine shafts.
The object of the game was to find the gold nuggets and place them on the scale at the entrance to the mine, and each team had to find enough gold nuggets to tip the scale and win the picnic for their team.
It was a hard fought race, with Georgia and Andy taking the lead initially, while Myleene struggled to find nuggets as Jordan plowed ahead.

Twist: Although the yellow players, captained by Dean Gaffney, 45, completed the task in six minutes, their competitors were limping past the finish line after 25 minutes. And after the trial, the show ended abruptly without giving viewers the final result
But things evened out when Myleene started to find her nuggets, with the competition heating up in earnest as the stars fought desperately to come out on top.
However, viewers will have to wait and see which two stars will pack their bags.
