A mother-of-two has revealed her best tips for looking young and says the key is to have “the best sex of your life”.

She has now divulged more tips, including taking care of your skin, refusing stereotypes – and most importantly, having plenty of sex to help maintain a youthful glow.
“I have been married for seven years and this new dynamic has convinced me that a highly sexual relationship is the undisputed key to aging well,” she said.

“Sex doesn’t have to stop at a certain age.”
The mother-of-two, who often competes in bikini tournaments, hopes to share her advice as part of her mission to help older women get into the best shape of their lives.
She said: “In terms of physical advice, maintain your muscles and flexibility, which can be developed at any age.
“Keep a healthy weight and take the time to take care of your skin. Use body scrubs to keep it smooth, moisturized and hydrated.
“Also get out into nature often to reinvigorate the body, mind and soul. Also avoid any product that contains too many chemicals.
Bobbi also believes that perfecting one’s mindset is just as crucial as physical fitness when it comes to aging well.
The 65-year-old said: “Make your personal peace a top priority in life and strive to continue to develop your relationship with yourself first.
“The intimacy I share with my husband, Dean, has made me feel a deep sense of closeness and security on many levels,” she explains.

Bobbi previously shared that fitness has helped her recharge mentally, physically, and emotionally since her divorce.
She added: “I found it to be one of the best things to help you restart your life. I think it doesn’t matter how old we are: women always want to feel attractive and desired.
“Don’t put off getting cosmetic surgery, go gray if you want, just accept where you are with your age,” she recommends.
