I’m a bodybuilder and here’s how I got through 20,000 calories on an ‘insane’ cheat day

A bodybuilder who loves his food a little more than most can chew when he downed gut-wrecking portions of food to consume 20,000 calories in a day.

Jack Manchester, 29, from Leeds, wolfed down large bowls of mouth chews during his ‘cheat day’, which TikTok followers have called ‘crazy’.

His 20,000-calorie cheat day includes dishes such as 12 crumpets topped with Nutella syrup, six pita breads stuffed with turkey, and several massive scoops of ice cream piled on top of 16 delicious Dominos cookies.

But the giant mouths often leave Jack slumped on the sofa, full of food and a lot of regret.

The bodybuilder shares often CLIPS going through mountains of food on TikTok, but this was the highest calorie intake he’s ever had in a day of extreme eating.

But the bodybuilder realized that feasting to this extent is not sustainable and will not happen often.

Jack said: ‘I’m a bodybuilder; I only have big cheat days.

“This was once and will never happen again; it’s not healthy.’

During the 20,000-calorie binge, Jack broke his fast at 6am with 150g of oats, 80g of chocolate, 40g of Nutella, 30g of peanut butter, 20g of honey and two bananas – bringing him down to 1.71 calories.

Two and a half hours later, at 8:30 a.m., Jack set out for a 2,280-calorie breakfast snack.

He ate 12 crumpets, 70 grams of Nutella, 70 grams of peanut butter, 75 grams of maple syrup and a banana.

At 10:30, the bodybuilder continued his binge by making pancakes with 300 grams of Krusteaz mix, 100 grams of peanut butter, 75 grams of maple syrup, a banana and 100 grams of jam – leaving him at 2,665 calories.

Jack then made an early lunch at 11:30, which consisted of six pittas stuffed with 125 grams of turkey breast and two cinnamon buns, adding up to 1,635 calories.

Between lunch and dinner, Jack finished the package of cinnamon buns, which caused him to eat 625 more calories.

At 5:30 p.m., Jack enjoyed 1,700 calories of Indian food, which included chicken curry, prawn crackers, two naan breads and two portions of rice.

Two hours later, he finished his dinner with two two-cheese pizzas at 2,600 calories.

Then it was time for a 3,650-calorie dessert, which included three Cookie Dealer cookies, 80 grams of chocolate sauce and 150 grams of ice cream.

At 10:45 p.m., Jack had his last meal of the day, which included 16 dominoes, ice cream, 30 grams of Nutella, 25 grams of peanut butter, 60 grams of chocolate and honey.

With the addition of the last dessert, Jack had successfully completed the challenge and consumed 20,520 calories in one day.

The day of extreme eating included dishes such as 12 crumpets filled with Nutella syrup, six pita breads filled with turkey and several massive scoops of ice cream piled on top of 16 Dominos cookies.

Jack started his day of celebration at 6:00 a.m. with oatmeal covered in Nutella, honey, and peanut butter.

At 8:00 a.m., Jack headed out for his second meal of the day, which added 3,995 calories.

However, in between the monstrous meals, Jack makes sure to squeeze in time for exercise.

After licking his plates clean, Jack opted for a low-intensity walking workout – but he clocked up an impressive 30,000 steps.
