An illegal migrant is alleged to have raped a 14-year-old girl who was “mentally disabled” in Alabama, while the state’s senator condemns Biden for helping immigrants he calls “monsters.”
Pablo Mendoza, 23, is being held without bond at the Coffee County Jail after police charged him with raping a 14-year-old girl.
The girl could not consent to sexual intercourse with Mendoza because she was “physically helpless or mentally retarded” and under the legal age of consent, which is 16 in Alabama.
According to Coffee County Sheriff Scott Byrd, Mendoza is in the United States illegally and will be returned to his home country after his case is completed.
Alabama Republican Senator Tommy Tuberville blasted Biden on X after the allegations came to light.

“This is Pablo Mendoza,” Tuberville posted, along with a photo of the alleged criminal.
“He is an illegal alien who was just arrested in South Alabama for raping a mentally disabled 14 year old girl,” the post continued.

The Alabama senator’s criticism comes after a slew of recent crimes committed by illegal immigrants.
In Georgia, 22-year-old Laken Riley was killed on February 22 while jogging in a park on the University of Georgia campus.

On Friday, March 22, an illegal immigrant allegedly shot and killed Ruby Garcia, whose body was left on the side of highway US 131 in downtown Grand Rapids, Michigan.
The suspect is Brandon Ortiz-Vite, 25, who was previously deported during the Trump administration but has since been able to enter the US illegally.
