All IKEA stores in Australia invite shoppers to eat at their popular food court between January 18 and 20 for a truly unique meal, but this time customers will have to forego the iconic Swedish meatballs.
Instead, guests can expect a first-class set menu that includes dumplings, spring rolls, noodles, and stew, topped off with a matcha pannacotta for dessert.

“We are excited to bring in the Lunar New Year with our customers and celebrate the launch of our limited FOSSTA collection. What better way than to enjoy a festive party!” an IKEA spokesperson told FEMAIL.
“Guests can expect a full three-course banquet filled with themed favorites including Singapore noodles, gyoza, hotpot and matcha pannacotta.”
Shoppers can now purchase tickets for the experience on the IKEA website; adult tickets to the buffet banquet are $30, though IKEA Family members can get theirs for just $25.
