Newcastle's Anthony Gordon gave this hilarious response to a Newcastle defender who wouldn't let go of his shirt.

The former Everton winger attempted to grab a high ball over Sunderland's defense in the third round of the FA Cup.

However, the Black Cats defender clearly grabbed his shirt, preventing him from reaching the ball.

Angered by the violation, Gordon walks back and says, “You can have my shirt after the game if you want.”

Despite the fierce encounter, Sunderland never managed to lay down a gauntlet against a much better Newcastle.

Here's a look at the condition of Anthony Gordon's shirt, which was regularly soiled during the match

Pundits and fans claimed before the match that this was a nightmare match for Eddie Howe's side, who have suffered a tough run of form of late.

Outside of the Champions League and the Caraboa Cup, it would have been a huge blow to be eliminated from the FA Cup as well.

But a dominant 3-0 display from Newcastle got the job done, with two goals from Alexander Isak and an own goal from Sunderland.
