Idris Elba, John Cena look disheveled after filming for Heads of State
Idris Elba and John Cena were seen leaving the film set of their upcoming movie Heads of State in Liverpool on Tuesday.
The pair were seen dressed in their suits as they left the building, with Idris, 50, wearing a white shirt that he left open at the collar and gray slacks.
His hand was bandaged as he walked down the stairs and into the sun.
John, 46, followed, wearing a white shirt with a loose red tie hanging around his neck.
He was wearing dark trousers and a pair of neat black shoes.

While not much is known about the film, it was announced in October 2020 that Amazon Studios had picked up the project.
Idris and John star together again, with the pair previously appearing together in The Suicide Squad.
In October 2022, Ilya Naishuller became the director of the film, while Priyanka Chopra was added to the cast in April this year.
Paddy Considine, Stephen Root, Carla Gugino, Jack Quaid, Sarah Niles and Richard Coyle were all also announced as cast members last month, as filming began in London at the same time.
The film is produced by Peter Safran and John Rickard of Safran Company. Elba and Cena are both executive producers as well, along with Marcus Viscidi.
The script was written by Josh Appelbaum and André Nemec from a draft by Harrison Query.
According to deadlineheads of state are described as ‘Air Force One meets Midnight Run’.
It comes after Idris said “everyone wanted to fight him” when he was growing up in London.

As a child, he moved from Hackney to Canning Town and attended Trinity Boys School where he discovered his love of drama, but also discovered that the students wanted to fight with him.
In conversation with Peter Crouch and Chris Stark That Peter Crouch podcast, he said, ‘I went to school. I was a big boy. It’s a boys’ school.
“Everyone wanted to fight me, race me or have me on their side.
‘I played a lot of football, I loved it.’
At school, Idris discovered that he was not very academically inclined, but he began to realize that he had a talent for acting.
“Drama was the kind of class where I didn’t have to fight everyone or challenge everyone, I just loved drama,” he said.
It was an acting school teacher that prompted the actor to consider a career in the arts.
He explained, “I was 12, by the time I was 15 she was like, ‘I really think you should incorporate this into your career’ and at that point I liked school, but I wasn’t an academic.

“I think I passed with maybe an A in drama, a B in biology and a D in math. You know, I wasn’t like an academic, but in the end she was like, ‘If you really want to get serious about acting, can I help you” and she did.’
He continued, “I played basketball, football, cricket, hockey, rugby, judo and I was good at it, but drama was a bit of left field for me.”
Idris’ acting career spans nearly three decades, with credits in Luther, The Wire, Mandela: Long Walk To Freedom, Avengers: Infinity War, Beasts Of No Nation, and Molly’s Game.
His latest acting role is in the Apple TV+ series Hijack, which follows Elba’s character Sam Nelson who is hijacked on a seven-hour flight from Dubai to London.
