Iconic rock band struggle to sell tickets for UK tour after headlining Glastonbury 2023
Iconic rock band Guns N’ Roses have reportedly struggled to secure tickets for their UK tour – after headlining Glastonbury festival last year.
The Paradise City hitmakers announced their 2025 European and Middle East tour in early December, with the tour including just two stops in Britain: London and Birmingham.
The limited dates continued their pattern of infrequent appearances in Britain, with the band’s last non-festival appearances in England taking place in 2022, playing two nights in Tottenham during their We’re F’N’ Back! Tour.
However, despite the rockers’ enormous popularity, they have apparently had trouble selling out tickets, as there are still a variety of seating options available, including premium seating options, according to The subway.
Tickets for the performances, part of 24 dates on the European leg of the tour, went on sale on December 13 for concerts at London’s Wembley Stadium and Birmingham’s Villa Park.
However, weeks later it is reported that there are still several seats available in each section of the stadiums, including premium Gold Circle VIP areas and hospitality packages.

Since tickets went on sale, some fans have taken to X, formerly known as Twitter, to complain about the high ticket prices.
Complaints include: ‘My mate bought us Guns N Roses tickets for Villa Park, £100 for the cheapest is a bit on the high side
‘See Guns n Roses tickets are great value for money……Not’
“In my case, Guns n’ Roses come in here and I’m a big rock fan, but I don’t go because the tickets are very expensive.”
Ticket prices start around £89, while VIP packages go up to a whopping £935 each – and that doesn’t include meet and greet.

They wrote: ‘Hopefully this is a bull’s-eye towards ticket craving. If it had been priced more sensibly, I have no doubt this would have sold out already.”
However, there are plenty of fans who snagged tickets and happily shared their joy in bagging tickets to see their favorite band.

Despite poor ticket sales so far, it will still be several months before the singers of Sweet Child O’ Mine take the stage and the tour kicks off in Saudi Arabia in May.
It will then head to Turkey, Spain, Italy and Germany before landing in Britain for the two dates. Then it continues in Denmark.
The tour news comes months after Guns N’ Roses legend Slash announced that his beloved stepdaughter Lucy-Bleu Knight tragically passed away at the age of 25.
The iconic guitarist, 59, canceled four tour dates of his solo SERPENT Tour to mourn his devastating loss in July.
Slash shared the heartbreaking news that his “talented” stepdaughter has passed away in a statement on Instagram on Monday morning.
He wrote: ‘Lucy-Bleu Knight (December 6, 1998), beloved daughter of Meegan Hodges and Mark Knight, stepdaughter of Samantha Somers Knight and Slash, sister of Scarlet Knight, stepsister of London and Cash Hudson, passed away peacefully in Los Angeles, CA on July 19, 2024.
‘Lucy-Bleu was an incredibly talented artist, a passionate dreamer and a charming, sweet, sweet soul.
“The family requests privacy at this time and asks that speculation on social media be kept to a minimum as they grieve and process this devastating loss.”
The cause of Lucy’s death remains unknown.
Slash first dated Lucy’s mother Meegan Hodges in 1989 before rekindling their relationship years later in 2015. Meegan shared her late daughter Lucy with Mark Knight.
Meegan also shared the same statement on her Instagram, writing: ‘I love you’

Lucy had 35,000 followers on Instagram and reportedly worked at Electric Lady Management, the recording studio’s talent arm.
Three hours after Slash posted the announcement, a selfie of Lucy was shared with a caption on her Instagram.
It read: ‘Whether I made you feel left out, manipulated/controlled you, told you to quit your day job for the comfort of my parents’ financial support, or drowned real problems in toxic positivity – I’m sorry me.
‘Countless missed opportunities and connections due to a disgustingly large ego, an insecure heart and the fear of being vulnerable. May my soul learn to evolve from my bad job as Lucy-Bleu. Peace.’
