Ice Spice flashes her tummy in a pink tracksuit – after admitting she STILL listens to Matty Healy’s music despite his racially insensitive comments about her

Ice Spice was spotted in New York City on Thursday promoting her debut album, Y2K!, which is set for release on Friday, July 26.

The 24-year-old rap artist, who hosted the September edition of Rolling stone β€” was appropriately dressed in a soft pink tracksuit with the title of her album printed on it, a nod to early 2000s fashion.

The form-fitting ensemble showed off a bit of her toned stomach and she teamed it with a pair of black Jordan sneakers.

Her hair, known for its bright orange color, was parted in the middle and fell in a curly texture past her waist.

Speaking to the music magazine, Ice, born Isis Gaston, admitted she still listens to Matty Healy’s band The 1975, more than a year after he came under fire for racist comments he made about the rapper.

In February 2023, during an appearance on The Adam Friedland Show, the British singer confused her ethnicity β€” her father is African American and her mother is Dominican β€” and called herself Inuit and Chinese.

Healy and the presenter then imitated her by mocking their accents.

The podcast episode was later removed from Spotify and Apple due to offensive content.

Months later, the Munch singer said the comments left her “confused.”

She told Rolling Stone that Healy “apologized multiple times,” but revealed she was “not angry or sad or anything” about the incident.

“I was just kind of confused. I never really cared about it,” she added, noting that she’s still “a huge fan.”

During his promotional appearance at the Empire State Building on Thursday, Gaston looked stunning with a face of carefully applied makeup.

She accentuated her big, brown eyes with a smooth, liquid eyeliner and fluttery lashes.

The look was completed with a glossy lipstick, accentuated with a brown eyeliner.

She wore an extravagant, diamond-encrusted Cuban link chain with a large butterfly medallion in the center.

And her extra-long nails were manicured with an exaggeratedly thick, white French tip.

Elsewhere in her profile for Rolling Stone, the Taylor Swift colleague discussed a number of topics, including her alleged feud with Nicki Minaj.

She told writer Jeff Ihaza, “When people ask me, ‘Oh, how do you deal with the hate?’ I don’t give a shit because I won, bro. I win at life.

‘I can only be thankful for people who talk sh**, for people who support me. Everything that comes with the area, I can only be thankful for.’

As for her relationship with fellow American Minaj, 41 β€” with whom she collaborated on the song “Barbie World” for the Barbie movie soundtrack last year β€” Ice said, “We don’t have the closest relationship, you know? But we’re definitely good.”

This follows leaked messages from a former girlfriend of Spice earlier this year, in which she described the rapper as “delusional” and “ungrateful” due to frustrations over contract negotiations.

She explained: ‘We’re mutual. We’ve broken records together. I love us together. I think the world does too.’

She turned her attention to the ‘frenemy’, saying: ‘I think the saddest thing about the whole situation is that this is someone I’ve known for so many years and called my friend. I opened up and made myself vulnerable and she took advantage of that for her own good.

β€œThat was actually the saddest part, I felt used.”
