I went braless to the gym- I was nervous but now I don’t mind if my boobs are rocking and rolling
I went to the gym without a bra. I was nervous at first, but now I don’t care if my breasts are swaying and rolling.
A woman who decided to hit the gym without a bra has revealed how she overcame her initial nerves.
TikTok user Cass, from the US, posted a video of herself trying on her outfit before starting her workout.
The social media star, who has 17,000 followers, wore a light blue crop top and a pair of navy Adidas leggings with the brand’s signature white stripe along the side.
Cass pushed her hair out of her face in a half up, half down style and then slipped on a pair of white sneakers.
The video opens with Cass jogging on her bedroom threshold to see how comfortable she was without a sports bra.
TikTok user Cass, from the US, filmed herself trying out her crop top to see if she could get by without wearing a sports bra to the gym.
Although she was ‘nervous’ about not wearing a bra to the gym for the first time, Cass was confident that it wouldn’t affect her training.
Cass captioned the video: “Going to the gym for the first time without a bra.”
While imitating being on a treadmill, the TikToker said, “I’ll be able to run for 20 minutes like this.” Hell yeah! I can run.’
After this, she tried to replicate the stair machine and felt just as confident.
She added: “And the stairs, I’m not worried.”
In addition to her cardio, Cass also planned to do some weight lifting, including some work on the incline bench press machine.
“I’ll be fine,” Cass said as she waved her hands at the camera.
He then ended the video by saying, ‘These ***s are going to be rocking and rolling!’
Cass filmed herself jogging on location, pretending to go up the stair machine and also lifting some imaginary weights.
The video has amassed over 6,000 views since it was uploaded late last year with viewers praising Cass’s confidence.
One replied: ‘Do it girl!’
Another joked: ‘The girls will be fine.
Meanwhile, a third said, “I LIVE for your vlogging here.”
Cass’s video comes as women on TikTok have been filming themselves working out in an attempt to catch predatory men at the gym.
Over the past 18 months, videos using the hashtags #GymCreep and #GymWeirdo, mostly uploaded by users in the UK and US, amassed over 100 million views on the platform.
