A mother of three who was left with a bag of loose skin after losing 130 pounds has impressed TikTok fans with her transformation.
Courtney Kleinebreil from Arkansas, known as @courtney_andcrew She has over 500,000 followers on TikTok and frequently documents her lifestyle as a mother.
In one Clip In a post the influencer posted back in January, Courtney showed off the loose skin on her stomach after having three children and losing 130 pounds, explaining, “shaky, strong and magical.
The confident mother told viewers: “I won’t be embarrassed.”
However, in a newer one Clip The mother posted on her channel that she had undergone a tummy tuck to get rid of all the loose skin following her massive weight loss.
In a clip the influencer posted back in January, Courtney wore black leggings and a brown tank top that was slightly cropped so her midriff was visible – but she recently revealed a slimmer figure after a tummy tuck
In the first video she flaunted her stomach after rolling down her high-waisted leggings to reveal saggy skin, saying she would “continue to appreciate it and not hide it.”
But Courtney is now “so happy with her body after the tummy tuck.”
But even though she decided to take the plunge and remove the loose skin, it’s clear that Courtney was never ashamed of her “magical” body that helped her give birth.
Courtney said in her transformation video, “I will never be ashamed of this body with a belly full of saggy skin,” while referencing pictures of her old self.
She explained that she “worked so hard for it (her body)” while sharing a picture of herself at a heavier weight.
This comes shortly after a London mother lost 30kg in six months after starting small and completing a 20-minute exercise routine in her bedroom.
Rachael Sacerdoti from London weighed 90kg nine months after giving birth to her youngest daughter.
The 44-year-old stay-at-home mother had problems with her height and her feet regularly became red and swollen when she walked.
After Rachael started working out at home, she lost 1kg per week just by slowly changing her diet, taking 10-minute walks around her block, and doing weights for 20 minutes on her bedroom floor
Rachael began losing 1kg per week by slowly changing her diet, taking 10-minute walks around the block and weight training on her bedroom floor.
She had “lost herself” after gaining weight and becoming a mother in her early 30s, admitting she “didn’t know who she was” before starting her fitness journey.
“I’ve had a lot of trouble with food my whole life, I had no education about what balanced meals were or how to cook for myself,” Rachael told FEMAIL.
“I had extremely poor eating habits and lived on carbohydrates and sugar. None of my meals contained protein and I was constantly eating white bread, jam and fried foods.
She also didn’t have a routine and ate every time she felt hungry – and it was never “anything healthy.”
