‘I was a brat’: Crazy plane lady Tiffany Gomas says she tries to ‘block out’ her meltdown when she flies now – and even recreates her iconic finger-wagging moment for first interview since rise to infamy

‘Crazy plane lady’ Tiffany Gomas has recreated her now iconic in-flight meltdown as she prepared to fly again after what she has called the ‘worst moment’ of her entire life.

Gomas, 38, flew in July to go on holiday with her family but lost it during the flight due to an ‘altercation’ in what she has described as ‘the worst moment’ of her entire life.

She returned to Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport for the first time last week to fly again, just three months after her public meltdown.

“I was a brat,” said a chastened Gomas. “I feel terrible for everyone who was on that plane.”

As she flew to New York, she entertained the cameras by recreating the famous finger-wagging from the first flight.

However, she tried not to think about her viral outbreak during the flight.

β€œI’m trying to completely block it out,” she said, jokingly celebrating when the plane landed without incident.

Gomas made it clear she had made a mistake by railing against complete strangers in July.

“I should have been able to control my emotions, but at that moment I didn’t,” Gomas said Inside edition.

In an attempt to fool herself, Gomas said she “still doesn’t know” where her infamous airpods are.

Gomas spoke out about the incident for the first time last week.

The marketing manager from Dallas told me earlier Inside edition that when she said the other passenger was ‘not real’, she meant it in a manner of speaking, in the sense of ‘he is not real’.

Gomas revealed that she stayed home for more than four weeks after her crazy meltdown.

When asked what prompted the sudden outburst, Gomas said: “I had an altercation and I had a very strong feeling that I had to get off the plane.”

She explained that she believed other people on the flight were in danger ‘because of the altercation’ – but said she could not say anything more for ‘legal reasons’.

Since her episode, Gomas has proven that she has a good sense of humor. β€œI got through this whole thing by laughing at myself,” she said.

While watching the viral video of her meltdown, she joked, “I can’t hear that voice.”

The star of the famous video said “I’m actually a big homebody” as she showed Inside Edition her luxurious Dallas home – complete with a beautiful home office and movie theater.

But despite calling herself a “pet,” she said, “I love traveling β€” just not on American” β€” because American Airlines banned her after the incident.

It’s unclear if the marketing genius’ costume contest was sponsored or affiliated with a specific airline, but she tagged Delta, United and Southwest Airlines in her social media post.

She said, β€œHey guys, the New York Post came for me again, so I’m coming for you… Let’s have some fun with it.

β€œI want to see your best rendition of this fit and I will choose three of my favorite lookalikes and then we will each choose a winner.

β€œThe winner will then receive two first-class tickets for Delta, United or priority passes for Southwest. Happy Halloween!’

The Halloween costume is said to be based on Gomas’ stylish airplane outfit she wore at the time of her episode.

Gomas opted for tight ripped blue skinny jeans for the flight, which she paired with a very tight black cropped tank top.
