A young woman was bedridden in hospital after falling from a ski lift but could not stop singing a TikTok song in her delirious state.

Michelle Ward, 21, fell 30 feet from a ski lift on January 6 while traveling to Boyne Mountain Resort in Boyne Falls, Michigan from her hometown of Ohio.

Ward told DailyMail.com that she “hasn’t felt very good since it happened.”

She remained in hospital from Saturday to Tuesday after breaking her femur and undergoing surgery to insert a rod and four pins.

Ward is lucky to be alive after breaking her ribs, suffering a lacerated liver and having problems with her lungs and chest.

Despite the serious injuries and potentially fatal fall, a very crazy Ward still held on to her sense of humor as she lay in the hospital bed with numerous IVs and IVs.

The 21-year-old couldn’t stop singing her version of the viral TikTok song “I Think I Like This Little Life.”

The song has been airing all over TikTok for weeks now – with some people making fun of it and many using it to romanticize their ‘little life’.

However, Ward put her own spin on the song – with more appropriate lyrics given the circumstances.

“I think I HATE this little life,” Ward sang over and over as her friends laughed at her and recorded her frantic behavior.

In the video footage, which was recorded by Julie Ward and uploaded to TikTok, a doctor can be heard in the background saying: “It’s a clean break.”

The clip has been viewed almost a million times on the app, has received more than 150,000 likes and more than 600 comments.

One commenter wrote “she needs to be wrapped in bubble wrap” – to which Ward replied to “never leave my room again.”

Her friends continued to troll her in a separate TikTok as they all sang, “I think I like this little life,” but the seriously injured 21-year-old sang, “I think I hate this little life.”

Even celebrities are jumping on the trending sound of TikTok – with Kelsea Ballerini recently uploading a post that reads ‘Don’t say it ain’t so. I think I like this little life.”
