Women have shared their amazing transformations after removing their makeup – with one looking completely different with her natural hair color.
British social media manager Sophie Mair Evans, 22, revealed she was bleaching her natural red hair platinum blonde and would create a sophisticated look with extensive make-up.
Sophie shared a picture of what she looked like before on TikTok showing how she would wear a full face with makeup. In an after photo, she revealed that she has now gone back to her natural hair color and removed her makeup for a more natural look.
And Aussie Venus Turner, from Sydney, also showed how different she looked in a video posted on the platform after she stopped wearing a lot of makeup.
People were shocked at how different each woman looked, with some saying they looked like different people.

“I decided on a random day to stop bleaching my hair and wearing too much makeup,” Sophie wrote in the video showing off her transformation.
In the before photo, she was seen with blonde hair, fake eyelashes, foundation, contouring, lip gloss and a dark eye shadow.
In the next photo, taken in January, Sophie looked much more natural.
Her hair was a luscious shade of red, which she said was her natural color.
And she swapped her full face of makeup with a much more subtle look, opting for hardly any makeup at all.
Venus shared a similar video, revealing that she realized her makeup look “wasn’t for her” and decided to go for something more natural.
She was amused by how different she looked between her full glam and her natural looks, captioning the video “two different people.”
People were blown away by the transformations of both Sophie and Venus, with many commenting that they looked good before, but looked much better au naturel.

“100 percent improvement,” one of them said of Sophie’s new look.
Another was equally impressed, commenting that they liked both looks but preferred her more natural look.
They said, “You used to look good, but the natural look looks so good on you.”
And another agreed and wrote: “So much better now and before was good.”

People were in awe of each of the women’s transformations, with some saying they both looked great before and after
“My grandma used to say if you look like you’re wearing makeup, you’ve done it wrong,” wrote another.
Speaking of the Venus video, one of them said ‘less is more’.
“Imagine waking up looking so perfect,” someone said of Venus’s natural radiance.
However, another said that both looks were great and Venus should go for what she likes best.
They wrote, “Honestly, you both work mommy so…kill how you want.”
