Ben Ofoedu has made a plea to win back his ex-fiancée Vanessa Feltz, after they broke up when she found out he had cheated on her during their 16-year relationship.
The remorseful Phats and Small singer, 50, announced his hopes of reconciling with the heartbroken star, 61, during an appearance on Sunday morning at GB News.
Setting the record straight, he said: “We were in love for 17 years, so yeah, I would love to be in that situation again because I love her so much.”
He told host Mark Dolan: ‘Vanessa and I have parted ways. I mean, I’ve been pretty honest about it, really. Everything was, I’d had an affair before that put our relationship on pretty iffy ground, but we really got over it and that was like 2015.
‘There is also a case that is going on now with the Metropolitan Police, linked to a troll. I was sexually texting this troll who didn’t know he was a troll and stuff, it was just sexually texting.

“All that stuff about me having numerous affairs, going to vacation camps and sleeping with these different women, and having had multiple affairs, it’s just not true.
“And it’s horrible, I’ve been being picked on by pretty much what seemed like the whole of Britain for the last three or four weeks and probably a couple of months, and it’s been very, very difficult.
I have been completely honest about it. I think it’s important to admit it and say, “Look, I was wrong,” and things like that.
“The original fling in Ibiza was with a woman who had to change her name because she’s embarrassed, because she knows that even what she said in the papers was a complete lie.
‘She just lied about absolutely everything. But it’s done. It was 2015.
“It was a 17-year relationship. Vanessa believes, I don’t necessarily believe, that once trust is gone, it is gone completely. I mean, once the trust is gone, she couldn’t go on.
‘It’s just this really stupid mistake. I don’t even know, I mean there are different reasons, but it was a stupid mistake.
And while the TalkTV host has been vocal about their split on social media, Ben doesn’t feel like his actions were unjustified.

“We were in love for 17 years, so yeah, I would love to be in that situation again because I love her so much. But there are some things that I would like to change, but that would be between me and her to figure it out, but yes, I would love to be in that situation again.
“I just want to make things clear, they are not several women. I am not a serial cheater. I don’t go to vacation camps and I only cheat. That’s not the truth, but I think she made a great narrative that the love rat, the love hoax.
Ben recently admitted that he is struggling to be alone in the wake of his cheating scandal, which led to his split from Vanessa last month.
The hitmaker confessed that “this alone is hard” while wearing a hoodie and cap while lounging in his living room in the short video posted to his Instagram account.
He adjusted his cap and stroked his chin thoughtfully as he nodded next to Burna Boy’s Alone, reflecting on their breakup.
The singer also posted an emotional snap to his story in which he appeared teary-eyed.

It comes after Ben took to his Instagram on Monday to reveal that he has suffered constant abuse online from a bully.
He assured fans that he is fine after telling them that he was forced to contact the Metropolitan Police over the harassment.
He wrote in an early post: ‘Danger! [A stalker] is contacting my followers and spreading lies. She is dangerous and she has a history of this.
He then posted a video saying: ‘People ask me if I’m okay. I’m definitely fine. No problem.’
Last week, host Vanessa admitted that life “isn’t easy” after the split.
The star shared a video on Instagram on Monday where she revealed that she “can’t sleep in the middle of the night” but hopes it gets better.
On reflection: Ben was listening to Burna Boy’s Alone, which made him think about their split.
Annoying: The singer also shared an image on his Instagram story in which he appeared with teary eyes.
While enjoying dinner at the Brasserie Of Light restaurant in London’s Selfridges, a friend asked her: ‘Vanessa, you look great, but how do you really feel?’
After showing an emotional expression, she replied, ‘Well, no one said it was going to be easy and I must say that it’s actually not easy, especially in the middle of the night when I can’t sleep and all.
“But I keep going and I have many, many friends and family around me and I love that.
“I guess every day I hope it gets a little easier, but thanks for asking.”
Ben admitted that he had cheated on his partner while touring UK holiday parks with his electronic dance music act.
Last month, Vanessa announced that she had finally left Ben after a series of other illicit relationships surfaced.
