Cindy called the dish: ’15-minute, one-pan, creamy, spicy turkey pasta.’
She starts the meal by sauteing ground turkey with diced onions and garlic.
Cindy said: ‘Sauté diced onions, garlic and ground turkey; Season with salt and pepper.’
Then she adds one tablespoon of ‘Trader Joe’s Calabrian Chili Paste’.
She noted that if you can’t get the chili paste, you can opt for chili flakes and tomato paste.
After you’ve sautéed the onions, garlic, turkey, and chili paste, it’s time to toss in your pasta.
Cindy noted that the goal is to get in as much protein as possible, so after tossing in the pasta, add some bone broth and marinara pasta sauce to the pot.
“Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to a simmer and cover for 10 minutes or until pasta is cooked,” the chef added.

And while you may want to fully indulge in the meal, Cindy recommends that you try to ‘just eat one bowl’
After the pasta is fully cooked, remove the lid and add one ‘bell of light cream cheese’.
Stir the paste until it has a thick consistency.
Then it is finally time to eat the delicious dish. Serve in a bowl and garnish with cheese and fresh basil.
