I Lost 30 Pounds Eating a Special High-Protein Meal from CHICK-FIL-A—and It Even Includes Mac and Cheese

A woman has revealed the high-protein Chick-fil-A combo she “religiously” ate to lose 30 pounds in four months.

Madisen Dunning, from Florida, has opened up about her weight loss journey — including her favorite meals — on TikTok, where she uses the handle @m_adisen.

In a recent video, the content creator shared her “favorite fast food meal” while grabbing an order from Chick-fil-A.

“You get an eight-count grilled nugget, a small macaroni cheese,[and]some buffalo sauce or sauce of your choice,” she explained.

The content creator has opened up about her weight loss journey on TikTok

Dunning treated herself to a Diet Dr Pepper and also asked for salt and pepper packets and a large soup bowl to go with it.

“We’re going to take everything and dump it in this bowl,” she continued.

She sprinkled the salt and pepper over the chicken nuggets and macaroni and cheese combo and poured the sauce on top.

“Just put your lid on and shake. You have this tasty mixture. It’s so good,” she said before taking a bite. “Mmm.”

“This is high in protein (and) low in calories,” she added. “This whole thing with the sauce is 425 calories and 37 grams of protein.

“I eat this religiously, and it has helped me lose 30 pounds in four months.”

Dunning’s video inspired other people to share their own Chick-fil-A orders.

Dunning, who is intermittently fasting and eating on a calorie deficit, explained that she orders eight pieces of grilled nuggets and a small macaroni and cheese with buffalo sauce

She combined the grilled chicken, the mac and cheese, a packet of buffalo sauce, and salt and pepper in an empty soup bowl she requested and shook it

“I ate the Chick-fil-A salad almost every day when I was pregnant and I lost 30. I have to try this!!!” added another.

‘Live for this combo! I’m going to try that today haha,” someone else commented.

Dunning has explained in previous videos that she started intermittent fasting and eating in a calorie deficit last spring.

She eats all her meals between 11 a.m. and 7 p.m. and then fasts for the remaining 16 hours. She also focuses on high-protein, low-calorie foods, consuming about 1,300 to 1,400 calories per day.

Dunning said she lost 20 pounds in the first two months and has now lost a total of 30 pounds, which she’s documented with before and after photos.

“Every day I feel closer to sharing weigh numbers more comfortably,” she wrote in a recent post.
