I had to change my hairdressers when I moved house but I can’t cope with my new cut – I look like Chicken Little

A man has caused an uproar online after comparing his haircut to Chicken Little after being forced to move hairdressers.

Internet personality Max Balegde, 23, from Lancashire, used his TikTok account – which has 3.5 million followers – to show fans the results of his new hairdo.

He revealed his disgust shortly after leaving the store, saying, “I just got my hair cut at a new hairdresser because I moved.”

In the 25-second video, the influencer exits the shop and politely thanks the barber for his efforts, telling viewers to “bless his heart” (the barber’s).

But uninspired by his new locks, Max didn’t hesitate to tell his big followers about the blunder, which left him “looking like Chicken Little.” He added, “I can’t take it!”

Once he’s out of the shop, he’s bolder and jokes, “He was an older gentleman, but when he pulled out a pair of thinning scissors, I said, ‘Sir, are you looking at my p**** or at the hair? on my head? my head?”

“Because the hair on my head is thin enough, honestly!”

Fans were quick to comment on the funny haircut, with one even comparing his new look to shaggy EastEnders character ‘Ian Beale’.

However, another TikTok comment suggests that this may be a regular occurrence for the internet personality, whose clip earned him just under 1 million views along with 107,000 likes.

She said, “Hasn’t this happened before,” followed by a laughing emoji.

Another came up with a practical solution: ‘Hat update’.

Others were more supportive, with one advising the star, “Just give it back, you’ll be fine… and find a younger stylist next time!”

Later in the video, Max conveyed his grief by putting his hands in his head.

However, the influencer is not the only one who has suffered from a terrible haircut in recent weeks.

An American woman was left sobbing after she had the “worst haircut of her life,” in which her hairdresser cut “pieces” of her bangs and eventually shaved off the tops of her eyebrows.

Mia, whose name is miasmacaronmakes on TikTok, is a US-based content creator who regularly shares videos of her arts and crafts on social media.

However, Mia recently shared on the video-sharing platform that she got a horrible, uneven cut that caused her to start sobbing as she left the hair salon.

Although she went in wanting cute bangs, she came out with a horror haircut and was forced to go to another salon to get it fixed, despite paying and tipping the first time.

Mia then explained that she had shown her hairstylist many reference photos of the same cut she was looking for before, but he ended up messing up the cut so much that she wasn’t sure if it was fixable.
