I had the worst night ever at Taylor Swift’s concert after getting PUKED
A Taylor Swift superfan has described her “devastating” experience at the singer’s concert, where she was covered in a stranger’s puke – with even security refusing to help her.
Maria Santora28, from North Carolina, took to TikTok to chronicle her experience on The Era’s Tour, calling it the “worst” and ending the night with her in tears.
In a viral video, which has been viewed more than 821,000 times, the ABC Sports broadcaster revealed that she paid nearly $500 to see the superstar live, but was extremely disappointed.
Maria — who drove from North Carolina to Boston to see the singer perform — claimed she was sitting on the floor of Boston’s Gillette Stadium when a fan next to her vomited on her, leaving her covered in puke from head to toe. .

In a viral video, which has been viewed more than 821,000 times, the ABC Sports channel revealed that she paid nearly $500 to see the superstar live, but was extremely disappointed.
“I had one of the worst experiences on The Era’s Tour night one at Gillette Stadium, I had the night to sleep on it but I’m still very devastated this morning,” she said at the beginning of the clip.
Maria went on to explain that she had worked “incredibly hard” to secure tickets for the show, adding that she had spent “$450” on floor tickets.
She continued, “I went alone, I couldn’t get a second ticket to take my sister or my friends, so I was alone there.”
Towards the end of the concert, one of the fans next to her started throwing up, and since there wasn’t much room, Maria soon noticed that the woman’s puke was all over her clothes.
“Unfortunately for her and for me, she had nowhere to go when she started to get sick, so she got sick of me.
“I had puke on my face, in my hair, all over my clothes. So I go to different guards and say, “Can someone please help me? Can someone get me some towels?”
“I had puke all over and security didn’t help. They wouldn’t give me a towel,” she explained.
Maria went on to say that she couldn’t get towels from the bathroom because they only had hand dryers and none of the food vendors had napkins.

Maria claimed that because she had left her seat, security went so far as to yell at her despite begging them to help her
She claimed that when she approached security again, they were still unhelpful.
“I ran to the back of the floor to get napkins from the dining area but there were no napkins left so I’m standing there crying and begging for security to get me some sort of towel so I can just clean up,” she added.
Maria claimed that because she left her seat, security even went so far as to yell at her, despite begging them to help her.
“He starts yelling at me, he says, ‘You can’t be here, you can’t get between the pink lines of the tape.’
“And I’m crying and I’m like, ‘I can’t go back to my seat, there’s throwing up in my seat.’
‘And he said, ‘Well, go clean then, you can’t get between the pink lines of the tape’,’ Maria explained.
The Taylor fan further noted that while she would have loved to clean up after herself, she had no idea where to find paper towels.
In her search for napkins, Maria missed the songs of an entire album.
She said, “Missing an entire era, about six to seven songs, is devastating.”
Maria explained that while she didn’t blame the fan who got sick, or Taylor herself, she did blame security for refusing to help her.

And while Maria said she didn’t want to sound like a “brat,” especially since she went to the concert in Philadelphia the week before, the instance ruined her evening
“I’m angry that when I needed help, no one knew how to help me, people just kind of stared at me.
“And in doing so, I’m missing part of the show,” she added.
Maria called the “icing on the cake” about throwing up all over her brand new Taylor sweatshirt, and even though she was promised she’d get a new one, she claims she was lied to.
“I got puke on my new sweatshirt, I was told to go to merchandise at the end of the show to exchange it.
“I went to merchandise at the end of the show and they said, ‘We’re not taking your sweatshirt, we can’t give you a new one because we can’t sell yours and make no more profit off it.’ she claimed.

She added that the only way she got clean was because the couple next to her used their own clothes to wipe her down.
“I just hate that security yelled at me instead of helping me,” she claimed.

Kelly Inglis Kelly, of Baltimore, Maryland, also had issues with an irate security guard who was berated by Taylor Swift for harassing her during the concert. Kelly confirmed she was just dancing and having a good time — and was stunned when Taylor noticed
“She didn’t do anything!” Taylor yelled to a security guard during her set to help the fan
And Maria isn’t the only fan who has had issues with the singer’s security guards.
At Philadelphia’s Lincoln Financial Field stadium, Taylor reportedly broke away from the song she was singing to yell at a security guard who had been harassing fans all night.
The singer stopped midway through the song to yell at the guard and say, ‘Hey, stop!’ She did nothing!’
DailyMail.com revealed that the woman Taylor tried to save was Kelly Inglis Kelly, who said she was just trying to dance and take pictures when she was berated by the security guard.
She was then offered free tickets to another concert.
In the comments section, other Taylor Swift fans tried to consult her by tagging the singer in hopes of making amends.
