Marla took to TikTok to share her story, telling Followers: ‘I’m 34, never had a pregnancy scare before.
“I got pregnant last May and never showed it, my stomach was soft, my belly button didn’t come out, no morning sickness, never felt a kick, nothing.
“Around January, I started having hip pain and some stomach issues, so I went to a chiropractor and I went to a doctor and no one realized there was a baby in there.”
Speaking about when Atlas was born, she said: ‘That night I thought I was constipated.
“I sent my dad to the store to get me laxatives and I went to the bathroom about five times.
‘And then the fifth time is when Atlas came along.’
Marla, who has been on birth control since she was 18, continues: “So I just had Atlas in the bathroom, and I looked down and he was alive and I yelled at my dad.”
“My dad goes in there and helps me get the baby out of the bath because he’s obviously still attached at this point and it’s a little hard for me to get him out.”

His father, Kevin, immediately called 911 for advice, who began talking to him about next steps.
She explains: “The EMTs are like ‘okay, you need to tie the umbilical cord,’ but he’s not really comfortable doing that, so he takes a potato chip clip, like the clips you keep bags closed with. of fries, and cut my umbilical cord with that until the EMTs arrive.
“We live in the middle of nowhere, so it takes about 20 minutes for this to happen, and at this point I’m just spread out on the ground with my dad right there, and I’m like, ‘What’s going on right now? “
“There was so much to process at the same time.”

‘Dear baby Atlas, it’s crazy to think that just seven days ago, no one knew you existed. Not even your mom! (She that she was getting ready to leave for a four day camping music festival in Florida… thank goodness you showed up when you did.)
‘I never thought I would become an aunt but now here I am so overwhelmed with love for you little one! Give me another week and maybe I won’t cry every time I hold you.
‘Dear sister, the moment I found out that Atlas was born and met everyone at the hospital, I saw a change come over you, a new sense of peace and purpose in this life.
‘You have a great testimony now, sister, and you have taken on this unexpected role of motherhood so wonderfully. I seriously couldn’t be more proud of you.
