She continues, “Now I have a few theories I’d like to share with you… Like everyone around me, I was always hyper-conscious about my looks and my physical fitness.

“I was constantly in a diet cycle. Food was always something in the back of my mind that I would fuss over. I would never just enjoy a meal – it was always like “oh my god there’s so much bread” or “there are too many carbs in this meal.”

“Fast forward a few years and now I have been living in France for two to three years.

“First, I’m older so my metabolism should be slowing down, but two, since I’ve been living here I have to say I feel like I’m eating more.

“But for some reason I’m skinnier, which tells me there must be something different in the food here.

“I think most of us have heard that the US is a lot less strict about what they allow in their food products than Europe, which has stricter regulations.”

Soldana reveals: ‘I’ve even heard directly from some gluten-free friends in the US that when they come to Europe that rule doesn’t apply to them because the pasta and bread here are made with ingredients they don’t provide. the intolerance they have in the US.

So what I mean here is why can’t we have the same thing in the US. If I can eat more while living in France because the food is “better quality”, then I worry about the health of my parents and my family and friends who live in the United States.”

She concludes, “So what does the US government care? Can you please get your “ish” together.’
