A self-proclaimed “hot cougar” has revealed how much time she spends in the gym to maintain her impressive physique.
US-based fitness fan Niki shared a video on TikTok (where she’s known as @nikkigrind03) detailing some of her workouts.
In the clip captioned “What it takes to be a fit cougar,” Niki revealed that people sometimes struggle to understand her commitment to the gym.
She shared video footage of herself working out and superimposed captions over this moving footage.
The footage shows Niki’s body, with exposed abs and defined arm and leg muscles, as well as her strength and athleticism.

Among the exercises the self-proclaimed “fit cougar” does in the video are weighted squats and walking lunges.
The first caption on the screen read, “People think I’m CRAZY for being at the gym on my birthday, but…”
Following this, the second caption reads, “This is what it takes to be a fit COUGAR.”
The term cougar, which is believed to have originated in Canada, first came to prominence in the late 1990s or early 2000s.
It refers to an attractive woman in her prime, usually in her 40s, who prefers younger men.
While Niki is married, she and her husband are enjoying a swingers lifestyle according to her videos.
And she prefers to hang out with younger men, many of whom are no doubt impressed by her sporty physique.
In another video posted by Niki on TikTok, showing off her body in a fuchsia bikini, viewers took to the comment section to compliment her look.

The self-proclaimed ‘fit cougar’ has a number of fans, some of whom commented on a recent video and complimented her toned body
One wrote: ‘My my my god. you look fantastic in hot pink.’

Meanwhile, a third said, “You look great.”
Another agreed, adding, “Very nice looking.”
And a fifth wrote simply: “Wonderful.”
