Shocking footage shows the pair falling from the Gormaghat Bridge in Pali, Rajasthan in northwestern India, around noon on July 15, seriously injuring themselves.
The poignant moment was captured on video, showing the couple creating content for social media as the train roars into view.
The couple were completely engrossed in their photoshoot and didn’t notice the train until it was only a few meters away.
In a desperate attempt to avoid the oncoming locomotive, they jumped from the bridge and fell into the gorge.

The 30-year-old man died in the early morning of Sunday, March 24, in the coastal town of Noosa Sound, in the eastern state of Queensland.
The English tourist was reportedly part of a group that took turns jumping from the Noosa Sound Bridge.
After completing a jump, he returned to the bridge for another attempt.
Unfortunately, he lost his balance when walking over the railing and hit his head on the descent.
When he didn’t emerge from the water, his friends immediately began a frantic search before calling emergency services around 1 a.m. The man’s body was eventually recovered five hours later.
