Hunter’s four-year-old daughter won’t get Biden name but will get one of his paintings in settlement
The wording of an agreement between Hunter Biden and his baby mama from Arkansas was published Thursday, and it shows his four-year-old daughter will get some of his paintings even if she doesn’t get his last name.
The deal ends years of bitter bickering between Biden, 53, and Lunden Roberts, 32, over support for four-year Marine Joan Roberts.
Parts of the deal were redacted before being released by Independence County Circuit Court in Arkansas.
But they show Biden, who started painting as part of his recovery from alcohol and drug addiction, has to turn in some of his finished canvases.
“The child chooses the painting that will be sent to the child or sent to a gallery designated by Lunden Roberts,” the order reads.
“The net proceeds from any sales of paintings will be transferred to an account designated by Lunden Roberts.”

That could turn out to be a very neat catch with the budding artist’s paintings worth up to $500,000, thanks in part to his famous name… a name the Navy won’t be able to use.
“Plaintiff withdraws her counterclaim for the child’s name change,” reads clause nine of the order, which was first reported by CNN.
It comes during a tumultuous period for the president’s son.
Last week, he managed to avoid jail time with a plea deal that ended a years-long federal investigation into his tax affairs and gun possession.
And on Thursday, he arrived at a Delaware courthouse to be questioned under oath as part of a libel suit brought by the owner of the computer repair shop who worked on his now-infamous “laptop from hell.”
All the while he has been embroiled in a case involving former flame Roberts.
It started as a paternity dispute in 2019, when Roberts gave birth to a baby girl. Biden denied paternity, but a DNA test confirmed he was the father, and he agreed to pay $20,000 a month.
The latest twist came after Biden filed to reduce his monthly payments.
Biden took up painting as part of his recovery from alcohol and drug addiction. But the paintings sparked an ethical controversy amid claims their high prices could lure buyers trying to curry favor with his father.
The face-to-face confrontation comes after Roberts petitioned a judge to jail Hunter for six months for not being honest about his wealth
The clause in the warrant outlining his monthly obligation was redacted.
The settlement means Hunter, 53, will avoid the scrutiny of a public paternity trial, where details of his shady finances would likely play a big role.
The agreement came about shortly after it was announced that President Joe Biden’s son will plead guilty to federal tax offenses as part of a deal to avoid full prosecution for a separate gun charge.
Roberts surprised her former lover earlier this month. She showed up in person to hear about his first deposition in their paternity battle.
However, matters were resolved soon after.
Roberts allegedly dropped her demand that daughter Navy change her last name to Biden, a request rejected by Hunter’s legal team.
The former flames had settled the case in 2019, but Hunter abruptly asked a court last year to reduce the $20,000 a month in child support he pays for their adorable four-year-old daughter, Navy Joan Roberts.

Roberts is a former DC bottle girl who once worked as Hunter’s PA
Roberts refused to budge until the first son handed over a trove of financial documents and sat down for a videotaped statement to take place at the Arkansas office of her Donald Trump-supporting attorney, Clinton Lancaster.
The recovering drug addict moved the venue to the Stephens Building, which was swarming with Secret Service agents when his five-vehicle motorcade arrived through a private parking garage just before 9 a.m.
Roberts, a former DC bottle girl who once worked as Hunter’s PA, drove in undetected about five minutes later. She was dropped off in the same high-rise office for seven hours on Wednesday, DailyMail.com can exclusively reveal.
The face-to-face confrontation comes after Roberts petitioned court judge Holly Meyer to have Hunter jailed for six months for failing to clarify his wealth. Meyer has yet to rule on the contempt charge.
In the first round of their four-year lawsuit, Hunter claimed he was “unemployed and had no monthly income,” despite living in a $12,000-a-month Hollywood rental and driving a Porsche.
But when ordered to submit his financials, he repeatedly failed to do so before agreeing to a 2019 settlement that has seen him pay Roberts more than $750,000 to date.
Despite already facing congressional and federal investigations into his financial affairs, Hunter unexpectedly reopened the case last September, claiming he had undergone “a substantial material change” in his income.
Roberts refused to budge and upped the ante by petitioning the court to officially rename her daughter Navy Joan Biden to “profit from carrying the Biden family name.”
Her discovery request includes everything from Hunter’s business deals in Ukraine and China to the names of the mysterious art lovers who paid hundreds of thousands of dollars for his beginner paintings.
In his own papers, Hunter has argued against Navy Joan becoming a Biden, insisting that he wants a “peaceful existence” for her, free from the political scrutiny associated with his family dynasty.
