Hunter threatens to sue Roger Stone for claims he brought prostitutes across state lines for sex

Hunter Biden is threatening to sue Roger Stone, former Trump senior campaign adviser, for “defamation” with comments alleging he transported prostitutes on Amtrak trains across state lines.

According to The Floridian, Stone received a cease and desist order from Hunter’s attorney, Abbe David Lowell, demanding that the president’s son apologize for his statements by March 31 or face legal action.

The letter accuses Stone of making “disparaging or false statements that would amount to defamation” of Hunter Biden.

The comments in question were made on the Stone Zone podcast during a December 2022 episode titled Garrett Ziegler and Tyler Nixon Expose Hunter Biden’s Dirty Secrets surrounded Hunter Biden’s laptop.

DailyMail.com previously reported on texts and videos showing Hunter spending as much as $30,000 on escorts over a five-month period.

Documents on his abandoned laptop show that Hunter asked Ekaterina Moreva, who was receiving tens of thousands of dollars from his company, which girls were available for “fun” on Dec. 11, 2018. This is the same date he stayed in a $700-per- night suite at the Roxy hotel in New York’s Tribeca neighborhood.

After that correspondence, the first son booked Amtrak train tickets to transport three prostitutes from Boston to New York.

His attorney’s letter accuses Stone of violating federal and Delaware state law by “arranging discussions with Garrett Ziegler about unverified personal information that you were told belonged to Mr. Biden and alleging that Mr. Biden” committed sexual crimes.

Stone told The Floridian that holding on and stopping is pointless.

During a discussion on the podcast, Stone discussed with Ziegler the contents of Hunter’s laptop that he left at a computer repair shop in Delaware in April 2019.

“He actually transported via Amtrak … three women from Boston to New York City in December 2018 … who were about 19 to 24 across state lines for sex,” said Ziegler, the administrator of the Marco Polo USA website, which aims to ‘expose corruption and blackmail’.

Despite asking for a response or an apology before the end of the month, Stone did not hesitate to publicly respond to the letter.

“Surprisingly, Hunter Biden’s extremely expensive, powerful lawyers have now sent me not just one but two threatening letters, neither of which makes much sense,” he told media.

Hunter’s lawyers say Stone can avoid litigation by apologizing and publicly retracting his “baseless” allegations of illegal activity by their client.

They also demanded that he “mitigate” the harm done to the president’s son by returning “data in your possession that was sent to you or that you obtained and claimed to have come from” anything that belonged to Hunter.

“In order to avoid litigation, we are writing, if possible, to give you an opportunity to mitigate the damage your conduct and/or statements have caused Mr. Biden,” the letter read.

Hunter Biden filed a counterclaim last week against Delaware-based computer repairman John Paul Mac Isaac, who handled his laptop when he delivered it for repair and never picked it up.
