Hunter SETTLES with baby mama over child support payments for four-year-old daughter

Hunter privately settles with baby mama over child support payments for their four-year-old daughter

  • Hunter Biden has settled a child support dispute with the four-year-old’s mother
  • It came after Lunden Roberts showed up at the first son’s statement earlier this month
  • The deal reportedly drops payments from $20,000 per month to less than $5,000

Hunter Biden and his baby mama from Arkansas have settled their bitter, year-long paternity battle over the illegitimate daughter who refuses to meet the first son.

Hunter and former flame Lunden Roberts filed an agreed injunction with the Independence County Circuit Court Monday afternoon for approval by Circuit Judge Holly Meyer, DailyMail.com has learned.

The document will become public within the next 24 hours, but with heavy redactions to keep secret the entire financial arrangements of four-year-old Marine Joan Roberts’ upbringing.

A New York Post report published last week suggested that Roberts, 32, had signed a deal agreeing to reduce the $20,000 Hunter pays each month to just $5,000 after advocating financial hardship.

However, Roberts’ attorney, Clinton Lancaster, opposed the article, stating that no deal had been reached and refusing to confirm the figures involved.

The confidential settlement means Hunter, 53, will avoid the scrutiny of a public paternity trial, where details of his shady finances would likely play a big part.

Details emerged shortly after it was announced that President Joe Biden’s son will plead guilty to federal tax offenses as part of a deal to avoid full prosecution for a separate gun charge.

Roberts surprised her former lover earlier this month. She showed up in person to hear about his first deposition in their bitter, years-long battle for fatherhood.

However, matters were resolved soon after.

Roberts allegedly dropped her demand that daughter Navy change her last name to Biden, a request rejected by Hunter’s legal team.

The former flames had settled the case in 2019, but Hunter abruptly asked a court last year to reduce the $20,000 a month in child support he pays for their adorable four-year-old daughter, Navy Joan Roberts.

Roberts refused to budge until the first son handed over a trove of financial documents and sat down for a videotaped statement to take place at the Arkansas office of her Donald Trump-supporting attorney, Clinton Lancaster.

The recovering drug addict moved the venue to the Stephens Building, which was swarming with Secret Service agents when his five-vehicle motorcade arrived through a private parking garage just before 9 a.m.

Roberts, a former DC bottle girl who once worked as Hunter’s PA, drove in undetected about five minutes later. She was dropped off in the same high-rise office for seven hours on Wednesday, DailyMail.com can exclusively reveal.

The face-to-face confrontation comes after Roberts petitioned court judge Holly Meyer to have Hunter jailed for six months for failing to clarify his wealth. Meyer has yet to rule on the contempt charge.

In the first round of their four-year lawsuit, Hunter claimed he was “unemployed and had no monthly income,” despite living in a $12,000-a-month Hollywood rental and driving a Porsche.

But when ordered to submit his financials, he repeatedly failed to do so before agreeing to a 2019 settlement that has seen him pay Roberts more than $750,000 to date.

Despite already facing congressional and federal investigations into his financial affairs, Hunter unexpectedly reopened the case last September, claiming he had undergone “a substantial material change” in his income.

Roberts refused to budge and upped the ante by petitioning the court to officially rename her daughter Navy Joan Biden to “profit from carrying the Biden family name.”

Her discovery request includes everything from Hunter’s business deals in Ukraine and China to the names of the mysterious art lovers who paid hundreds of thousands of dollars for his beginner paintings.

In his own papers, Hunter has argued against Navy Joan becoming a Biden, insisting that he wants a “peaceful existence” for her, free from the political scrutiny associated with his family dynasty.
