New data shows that then Vice President Joe Biden and his son Hunter’s investment firm, Rosemont Seneca, exchanged more than 1,000 emails during his time as the second most powerful politician in the world.
The latest document dump of emails from 2011 to 2013 between Rosemont Seneca and the vice president’s office shows that there was no clear separation between Hunter’s private affairs and the “official affairs” of the Obama-Biden administration.
It also directly contradicts the president’s repeated claim over the years that he was never involved in or aware of his son’s shady business dealings.
The emails show that Rosemont Seneca “often used the Biden name to gain access to and favors from the White House,” according to America First Legal of ex-Trump adviser Stephen Miller, who obtained the emails.
They describe how Hunter used his position and access to his father to ensure that his business associates attended various White House tours, state dinners, luncheons, and other official events.
In a 2013 exchange, a Rosemont Seneca aide emailed directly the vice president’s office to arrange a Christmas tour of the White House for Hunter associates, saying this was a “great favor for Hunter’ would be.

A request came in from lobbyist Doug Davenport to Hunter’s former business partner Eric Schwerin, saying he was in a “bad situation” and needed to help his “guy from Apple” arrange a tour of the White House .
“I know it’s WAY short term, but I’d owe you my life if you could possibly tell me how I can secure a public tour for next Friday? Or am I just way over the line???’
Schwerin then called in Rosemont Seneca employee Katie and asked her to “check in with our friends there” to see if the last-minute tour could be arranged.
He said the most plausible solution would be to give the group front-of-the-line access.
Katie then emailed VP Biden staffers through their official “@ovp.eop.gov” accounts requesting the tickets as a favor to Hunter.
Another exchange shows Hunter helping his Third Point associate Josh Targoff set up an exclusive West Wing tour.
Additional correspondence shows that then-Vice President Joe had received an outside invitation from Hunter to attend an event hosted by the UCLA Berkley Center for International Relations. Among other things, Hunter also received numerous requests for his father’s autographs on photographs.
E-mails also reveal the close relationship between Rosemont Seneca staff and the then vice president’s staff.
“Welcome to the team!” Rosemont Seneca associate Katie cheerfully welcomed a new vice president of correspondence director in August 2013 via email exchange.
These data further confirm that there has never been a wall between the Vice President’s office and Hunter Biden; in fact, there was extensive intermingling between them,” according to an AFL press release.
Conservative legal group America First Legal released the documents it obtained from the National Archives through an ongoing Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit late Wednesday.
The White House used executive privilege to block the release of 200 emails in their entirety, saying their release would reveal “confidential advice between the president and his advisers.”
Earlier this week, a letter bomb from the National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) revealed that Biden may have used pseudonyms in nearly 5,400 emails, electronic records and documents when he was vice president.
The aliases “Robin Ware, Robert L. Peters, and JRB Ware” were all pseudonyms that the 80-year-old president was known to use when he was vice president.
The White House has maintained that Biden never did business with his son, and vice presidents and senior government officials often use pseudonyms to avoid being inundated with spam and emails from the public.
At the time, the Obama administration dismissed criticism that the communications were “secret” because they were all archived.
But the sheer volume of emails raises questions about whether then-Vice President Biden broke the “absolute wall” he says he maintained between “the personal and the private, and the government.”
House Oversight Chairman James Comer has said that despite asking for information about the pseudonyms months ago, the committee has received “virtually nothing in return” from NARA.
Also this week, Republicans stepped up their investigation into the Biden family’s business dealings following bombshell reports that Hunter traveled to at least 15 countries with his father, then-Vice President Joe of Air Force Two.
They accuse then-Vice President Biden of “abusing” his taxpayer-funded office “to enrich his family” by flying Hunter around the world to meet with his business associates, according to a letter to the National Archives obtained by DailyMail.com Wednesday.
Hunter accompanied his powerful father on official vice presidential tours between 2009 and 2017 to Asia, Europe, Africa, Mexico and Canada in at least 15 different countries, according to a recent report from Fox news.
During the trips, Hunter reportedly meets with his international business partners and potential clients. Apparently, he also offered short “handshake” meetings on several occasions, giving his partners direct access to his father.

Then-Vice President Biden’s misuse of Air Force Two and Marine Two is indicative of yet another way in which the president abused his various offices of public trust and squandered taxpayers’ money on behalf of his family’s enterprise, which consisted of nothing but access to Joe Biden himself,” the Republicans charge.
They demand all Air Force Two flight records and emails sent by the White House to Biden family members during the Obama-Biden administration.
They point to an example that Hunter’s ex-business partner Devon Archer related during sworn testimony in which he said that then-Vice President Biden had met one of Hunter’s Chinese associates in Beijing in December 2013 — on a trip the first son was also traveling on. used to be.
Archer told Congress that Jonathan Li — a prominent Chinese businessman and CEO of investment fund BHR — met then-Vice President Biden for a brief coffee meeting during that trip.
“Jonathan Li and President Biden drank coffee” when he was in Beijing, Archer testified earlier this month. So there was a certain amount of “familiarity” between the men, he said.
Republicans say that shortly after that meeting, BHR’s business license was approved and Hunter became a board member.
Li had also separately asked Hunter and his associates for help in getting his children admitted to leading American colleges.
Archer also testified that the “Biden brand” helped prevent Ukrainian firm Burisma from going out of business, revealing that Joe was on the phone or in person at least 20 times while his son, who called him “my husband,” called him “my called man.
Republicans argue Archer’s testimony adds to mounting evidence that the then vice president was involved in Hunter’s overseas deals that brought in millions from countries like China and Romania.
Republicans on the House Oversight Committee reiterate their “concern” that foreigners “seeked access and influence by establishing lucrative business relationships with the immediate family members of high-profile political figures,” including members of the Biden family.
The letter, signed by Chairman James Comer, R-Ky., and Representative Byron Donalds, R-Fla., was addressed to United States Archivist Colleen Shogan, because the National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) is the “custodian of the United States’. Vice Presidential data.”
The requested documents and communications extend to Hunter’s associates Eric Schwerin, Devon Archer and Jeffrey Cooper between 2009 and 2017.
DailyMail.com reached out to NARA for a response to the Republican-led letter, and a spokesperson said Comer’s “request” has been received.
“NARA has received the request from Chairman Comer and will respond in accordance with the Presidential Records Act (PRA), the NARA operative rules and the applicable Executive Order.”
