Hunter Biden’s baby mama Lunden Roberts reveals her heartbreak at Joe’s five-year-old granddaughter being ‘purposefully’ left out of the the White House Christmas tree stockings

Lunden Roberts revealed in a new interview with Megyn Kelly on Friday that it was “hurtful” that first lady Jill Biden “purposely” didn’t give out a Christmas stocking for her daughter, Hunter Biden’s love child Navy Joan.

Roberts has written a tell-all book about her relationship with Hunter, Out of the Shadows: My Life in the Wild World of Hunter Bidenwhich comes out in August, and is making the interview rounds before it hits shelves.

Kelly, a former Fox News host, commented on the “callousness” that Roberts and Navy Joan were treated, particularly by the first lady — with the Biden family not acknowledging the little girl’s existence until July.

She then asked Roberts about the display of Christmas stockings — which for years included six but not seven names of the Bidens’ grandchildren — and even the names of White House pets.

In 2023 – after the recognition of Marine Joan – the stockings were left out of the Christmas decor.

“It is hurtful to see a matriarch of a family that is supposed to bring a family together, purposely excluding someone who is part of that family and part of the bloodline,” Roberts said. “And that’s something that my daughter will read and that my daughter will see someday.”

“It breaks my heart to know that it will break her too when she reads and sees the things she is about to see about being excluded,” Roberts continued. “And she’ll wonder why, and all I can do is be there for her when she’s old enough to understand these things.”

Roberts revealed that when she spoke to Hunter for the first time since her pregnancy, “I brought him up.”

Kelly wasn’t curious about the first son’s reaction.

She then asked how Roberts planned to explain the exclusion to Marine Joan, who has not yet met any Biden family members.

“That’s hard because it’s one of those situations where I have to tell her that I can’t tell you why. I cannot explain the behavior of others to you. All I can say is I’m sorry,” Roberts said.

She added that she has a lot of “mom guilt” about the circumstances.

“And I feel guilty because I’m the reason she’s in this predicament. This is my child that I had with him. “I put myself in that situation and I feel like I’m to blame for it,” Roberts said.

In an interview this week with Piers Morgan, Roberts said Hunter and Navy Joan are building a relationship over Zoom calls.

Roberts said she would continue to work with Hunter to ensure Navy Joan met her father, but acknowledged the first son is busy.

Hunter has been in federal court in Wilmington on federal charges of buying a gun in 2018 and saying he was not a drug user while his crack cocaine addiction was in full swing.

“So that’s something that I’m hoping that now that Hunter and Navy’s relationship grows — maybe he can turn things around and try to explain that behavior to her and why,” Roberts told Kelly of the Biden family’s criticism.
