Hunter Biden flew to his criminal court hearing in a private jet belonging to his ‘sugar brother’, according to a source and flight records.

A Dassault Falcon 50 belonging to Kevin Morris, Hunter’s lawyer and financial benefactor, flew from a Los Angeles airport to Philadelphia today, landing around 7.15pm local time, flight data shows.

A source told DailyMail.com that Morris and the First Son were on the plane.

The President’s son is set to appear in court in Wilmington, Delaware on Wednesday for a hearing over his plea agreement with federal prosecutors.

It will be his first public appearance in the Delaware criminal courtroom.

Morris, a Hollywood lawyer who made a fortune from a South Park TV deal, was dubbed Hunter’s ‘sugar brother’ after he reportedly paid off up to $2.8 million of the First Son’s tax bill in an attempt to placate prosecutors.

Morris also bought several pieces of Hunter’s art, which has prices up to $500,000, according to documents obtained by news site Insider this week.

Another buyer identified by the site was Elizabeth Hirsh Naftali, a Democrat donor, Los Angeles real estate investor and philanthropist who hosted a fundraiser headlined by Vice President Kamala Harris and was appointed by Joe Biden to the Commission for the Preservation of America’s Heritage Abroad last year.

Federal Aviation Administration records show the Dassault Falcon 50 is owned by Beverly Hills-based corporation Plato LLC, which lists Patrick Kevin Morris, the lawyer’s full name, as manager and agent.

The business’ purpose is ‘entertainment’, according to its state filings.

The jet model is worth between $866,000 and $3.8 million according to GuardianJet plane sale website. The site estimates its annual running costs to be over $800,000 and an hourly flight cost of $4,931.

Morris was spotted with Hunter in LA as recently as last week.

DailyMail.com exclusively obtained photographs of Morris appearing to smoke from a bong on his balcony overlooking a public street on Friday, while Hunter came to visit him accompanied by Secret Service bodyguards.

Morris’ private jet flight on Tuesday evening was first spotted by researchers from right wing nonprofit Marco Polo, which has been investigating the Biden family for over two years.

The organization co-authored a letter this week to the Delaware district judge in Hunter’s criminal case, urging her to toss his plea deal, alleging preferential treatment by prosecutors and abuse of power in Biden’s favor by senior Justice Department officials.

The First Son is charged with two tax evasion crimes and for lying on a gun form. Prosecutors say he is pleading guilty to the misdemeanor tax crimes, and the gun charge will be dropped if he sticks to the agreement.
