The Territorial Response Group officers, who were heavily armed and in civilian clothes, pointed their weapons inside the van as they moved forward.

They seemed unfazed by the suspect waving the broken screen at them.

It is not clear at this time why the men were arrested.

Police dogs were also present at the scene at the time of the arrest.

A police statement is expected to be released on Friday morning with details of the men’s charges.
