Hulking Eagles fan Ryan Caldwell who hurled vile abuse at female Packers supporter uses ‘they/them’ pronouns at DEI firm
A Philadelphia Eagles fan caught verbally abusing a female fan has been identified as a business analyst working for a management consulting firm focused on implementing DEI strategies.
Ryan Caldwell, who works for BCT Partners, based in East Brunswick, New Jersey, was featured on a viral video calling a female Packers fan an “ugly, stupid son of a bitch.”
The 45-year-old’s company profile uses the pronouns “they/them” to describe his employment background, which is largely in the hospitality industry.
BCT Partners claims on their site that they “harness the power of diversity, insights and innovation to transform lives.”
The company has since said they are denouncing his behavior and have launched a full investigation into Caldwell.
The Marylander had attended Towson University in the state and went to work for Marriott International before his current role.
Footage of his foul-mouthed tirade was shared online as the Eagles cruised to a 22-10 victory over the Packers at Lincoln Financial Field on Sunday.

Caldwell is seen shouting at the woman – who is wearing a Packers hat – from his seat in the row behind him
Packers fan Alexander Basara had shared the disgusting exchange between his fiancée and Caldwell with X, with internet sleuths quickly tracking down Caldwell.
Basara said, “What it’s like to go to Philly and just root for your team.
‘Unprovoked, inappropriate.
“Packers are tweeting, help me find this man, this is not okay. I hate that my fiancée allowed this to happen just to cheer on her team.”
Caldwell turned directly to Basara and said, “Are you going to do something?” he asks the man as he tries to intervene. “Then shut up.”

After a play is reviewed by the officials, he can be heard taunting the pair. “It’s not a touchdown, so you’re not jerking your dick off in the air.”
Basara responded, “Okay, don’t call her a dumb bastard.”, prompting an angry response from Caldwell.
He snaps back, “She’s an ugly, stupid bastard. Are you going to do something?’, while Basara’s fiancé pretended to cry and taunted him, adding: ‘I’m ugly, I’m so hurt.’
After appearing online, Caldwell quickly deleted his X profile and his LinkedIn profile disappeared in a similar fashion

Longtime NFL reporter Derrick Gunn has since reported that Caldwell will be permanently banned from Lincoln Financial Field.
Gunn said the woman involved in the video will receive merchandise from the Packers, in addition to an apology from the Eagles.
Fans have since rallied around the couple, condemning Caldwell for his shocking behavior.
“Sorry this happened man, someone should have reported this as verbal abuse and kicked him out of the stadium,” one person wrote.
‘As a road fanatic I have been to more than fifteen matches and have never seen anything so bad. But I’ve only been to Philly once when I was 10, so I wasn’t bothered.”

“Respect to you, Alexander,” another added. “If that was my wife, I’d probably leave in handcuffs.
“It might have been a smart move to switch seats with her, but hats off to you for keeping a cool head under the circumstances.”
