Hugh Jackman has been criticized by fans after sharing a seemingly innocent post on social media.
The Deadpool & Wolverine star, 56, took to Instagram on Tuesday to share a series of photos and clips showing the actor deep in rehearsal.
Hugh was freshening up for his expected appearances at Radio City Music Hall for his show New York, With Love.
In one of the videos, Hugh sang the tune The Greatest Show from his 2017 musical The Greatest Showman.
However, not all fans were impressed with his obvious talent and took to the comments to condemn the star for his new romance with Sutton Foster, 49.
The newlyweds were spotted kissing passionately for the first time this week after their secret relationship came to light.

The Wolverine actor and Broadway icon Sutton appeared deeply in love and couldn’t keep their hands off each other as they kissed repeatedly while in the car at burger chain In-And-Out in San Fernando.
Before that, the couple was flooded with rumors that they had had an affair before ending their marriage.
In the comments on Hugh’s rehearsal post, fans couldn’t help but highlight his newfound love.
“I respect Hugh’s work, but I no longer respect him after the allegations that he had an affair with Sutton Foster were confirmed as true,” said one dejected fan.
Another replied with a long-winded post explaining why they thought Hugh’s new relationship was so triggering for fans.
‘What people don’t understand/understand is WHY his fans are mad at him. “Hugh has literally built his brand/image as a respectful, supportive husband/family man,” they began.
“People believed he was real and separated him from the normal Hollywood BS behavior. He showed people that he was DIFFERENT. It’s heartbreaking to hear that he may have had an affair.’

One clueless commenter went further and labeled Hugh’s post as ‘pathetic’ and his relationship with Sutton as ‘fake’.
“Bro…you look pathetic. 56 years old and doing this nonsense. The worst fake relationship I’ve seen in all of Hollywood,” they chided.
It wasn’t all negativity, though, with many fans offering their support to Hugh and telling critics to “mind their own business.”
“No one knows the details of his and Deb’s relationship, maybe people should just stop judging and keep their nose out of other people’s lives,” one fan said. referring to Hugh’s ex-wife Deborra-Lee Furness.
‘As long as they are consenting adults who care about what they do in their private lives! It’s not called private for nothing!’
Another agreed with this sentiment, adding, “Everyone needs to take care of their personal life. and not end up in someone else’s life.
“If you don’t like Hugh, you don’t have to shout it under his posts, you can just go by and unfollow the person.”
A third simply said: ‘Jackman, you have the right to be happy.’

It was a similar story on the pop culture account Deuxmoi after they shared footage of Hugh kissing Sutton in the In-And-Out parking lot.
Fans flooded the comments mocking the relationship as “fake.”
“Staged,” one fan concluded. “I don’t buy it at all,” while another offered something similar: “I normally don’t care but this just seems annoying for some reason. As if the chemistry isn’t working.
Yet another fan jumped in with, “Kissing in the car is so performative.”
Daily Mail Australia is not suggesting that Hugh and Sutton were in a relationship while still married to their respective partners.
Hugh and Sutton’s outing comes after the Logan star attended a performance of Sutton’s production of Once Upon A Mattress in Los Angeles, and after the pair were spotted holding hands during a date in Santa Monica.
The two stars had previously shared the stage on Broadway when they starred in a critically acclaimed production of the classic musical The Music Man.
