Hugh Jackman enjoyed an early morning sunrise in Sydney following his divorce from wife of 27 years Deborah-Lee Furness.
Hollywood star, 54, shared the poignant moment on his Instagram on Thursday, revealing a picturesque sunrise in the Sydney‘s Bondi Beach.
The shot shows the surf lapping the shore as passers-by take in the iconic view of the South Pacific.
Hugh captioned the image: “Sunrise at Bondi. 5.20am.’
It comes as Jackman is said to be preparing to release a new tell-all memoir following his break-up.

The Hollywood star, 54, shared the poignant moment on her Instagram on Thursday, revealing a picturesque sunrise at Sydney’s Bondi Beach.
According to US WeeklyThe Australian actor is currently in the early stages of writing his bombshell book.
His new memoir will detail his life and “bombshell” revelations.
“Hugh decided to (write this book) now because he’s finally (been) honest with himself (and) the divorce,” the insider said.
“The content will be Hugh talking about his life.” He will open up about his life like never before.’
Hugh and Deborah-Lee shocked fans when they announced they divorced after 27 years of marriage last month.
“We have been blessed to be together for almost three decades in a wonderful and loving marriage.” Our journey is now moving and we have decided to separate in order to continue our individual growth,” the couple said in a statement obtained by PEOPLE.

The Australian couple share two children together; Oskar, 23, and Ava, 18.
Last April, the couple celebrated their anniversary, and Jackman posted a glowing tribute to his wife on Instagram.
‘I love you Deb. Today is our 27th wedding anniversary. 27 years! I love you so much,” the actor wrote in his caption.
“Together we have created a beautiful family.” And life. Your laughter, your spirit, generosity, humor, sass, courage and loyalty are an incredible gift to me. I love you with all my heart,’ he shared in a heartfelt post.
