The ex-Playboy bunny said: β€œI have bandages on my butt. This is the coolest thing, I think it’s quite unique and no one knows about it so I got my cellulite removed. ‘

She confessed that even though it sounds “crazy and unrealistic,” she likes to get it done.

Holly even shared the doctor she went to – adding that she has had to have this particular procedure done several times because it doesn’t last forever.

β€œI went to a man named Dr. Manus, he’s a surgeon in Los Angeles, on Sunset Boulevard, and I had this done five years ago, so it won’t take forever.

“It lasted a good three years, and then I started noticing cellulite coming back and five years later it got to the point where I decided I wanted to do it again,” she explained.

The former Playboy bunny also spoke about the procedure itself, which she said wasn’t painful. She explained that she was awake for the procedure, but her “butt was numb.”

‘It was two injections per bottom, it was super easy and took 45 minutes in total,’ she added.

Although Holly did not reveal the cost of the procedure, other similar treatments cost up to $4,000.

The former Playboy bunnies continued their plastic surgery conversation and turned their attention to Megan Fox, who finally set the record straight about her various plastic surgery procedures.

Speaking on the Call Her Daddy podcast, she revealed the work she’s had done on her face: getting fillers and Botox, but no facelift or threads – a non-surgical procedure designed to lift sagging skin and tighten the stimulate collagen production.

She explained: I’ve never had a facelift, not a side brow lift, although I would love one!

‘Not a regular eyebrow lift, I’ve never done threads before. That’s not because of any moral issue, I just don’t really believe they work and I’m also afraid they will interfere if I need a facelift.

‘I’m very tempted to get rid of my eyebrows completely [back]. I want that look. That sounds like fun and you can do it during your lunch break and I can see why it’s so tempting,’

She went on to dismiss rumors that she had buccal fat removed (cheek slimming), explaining: ‘I’ve never had that done, I will never have any fat removed.

“I’m a skinny person who doesn’t have enough body fat or fat in my face, so I’ll just put fat in there.”

“I will never remove fat, which leads me to never having liposuction or body contouring or anything like that.”
