Donald Trump took his 18-year-old son Barron to a high-impact meeting that also included Elon Musk and billionaire Nelson Peltz, exposing his son to some of the backroom dealings that could threaten the 2024 campaign or a second Trump term could determine.

The meeting took place at Peltz’s estate in Palm Beach, and X, Musk’s now 4-year-old son, and actress Grimes were also in attendance.

It came at a meeting in March where Musk, one of the richest men in the world and the founder of Tesla and Space Wall Street Journal reported.

The two men have clashed in the past, but were brought together by Musk’s fear of a rise in “woke” culture, and Trump’s own search for money to fuel his re-election campaign.

The meeting took place a month before Trump defeated President Joe Biden in campaign fundraising in April, in what will be a vicious and costly online and TV ad battle.

They joined the mansion of billionaire Peltz, who raised money for Trump’s 2020 campaign, then broke with him after January 6 and trailed Ron DeSantis in the primaries, only to rally behind Trump after he defeated Republican challengers in had rejected the presidential primaries.

Trump and Musk now speak regularly on topics such as immigration — where Trump has vowed to deport millions of people who came here illegally — as well as high-tech issues, science and Space Force, the newest military branch created under Trump.

Musk’s string of government contracts includes private space launches and deals for his space company Starlink.

Trump and former first lady Melania Trump have taken steps to keep Barron out of the spotlight during their time in the White House.

They attended his high school graduation this month at the private Oxbridge Academy in Florida. He had been announced as a delegate to the Republican National Convention in Milwaukee, but Melania’s office announced that while he was “honored to have been selected as a delegate by the Republican Party of Florida, he is regrettably declining to attend due to prior commitments.” ‘

Peltz’s son Diesel, a technology entrepreneur who is friends with Musk, was also at the breakfast meeting, according to the Journal.

Part of the billionaire field is right up Trump’s alley. It is a ‘data-driven project’ to ensure votes are counted. Trump continues to claim there was widespread fraud in the 2020 election, despite the results being certified by states and lawsuits dismissed by courts.

While Musk’s massive $200 million fortune could be attractive to Trump as he faces massive legal bills during his four criminal trials, following a New York Times report on the meeting, he posted that he was “donating no money to neither candidate for the U.S. presidency.”

Peltz apologized for voting for Trump in 2020. What happened yesterday is a shame. As an American, I am ashamed,” he said CNBC the day after the Capitol riot.

“I didn’t vote for Trump in ’16. I voted for him in the last November election. Today I regret doing that,” he said at the time.
