A home hack queen has come up with an ingenious trick for wrapping Christmas presents without using paper.
Chantel Ibbotson, aka Mama Mila, used just a tea towel and some ribbon to wrap the bottle of wine as a gift in a simple and stylish way.
The mum-of-two uses tea towels instead of wrapping paper and tape, which goes straight into the bin, as it is more durable and acts as two gifts in one.
She starts by laying the tea towel flat with the pattern side down, folding it into a flat square, then folding it in half again diagonally to make a triangle.
Chantel wraps the bottle in one half of the triangle and folds the other half into a fun zigzag pattern.

Chantel said the end result looks “so cute” and creates “no paper waste.”
Thousands were impressed by the 'beautiful' and 'waste-free' wrapping technique and were keen to try it out for themselves over the festive period after the mum shared it online. video.
