How to start Phantom Liberty from the main menu

It is possible to directly access Phantom Freedom when you start a new game. When you select new game in the main menu you will get a new option that will allow you to choose a regular start where you will have to play until you reach the new content (more info below) or will pass Phantom Freedom. This will take you directly to new content, but it will also progress you appropriately through automatic distribution of attribute points.
How to start Phantom Liberty in the main story
If you are starting a new game for update 2.0 and want to achieve this, Phantom Freedom will take about 8 p.m. reach, give or take. DLC content begins right after completing Act 2.

Once this act is completed, you will receive a phone call from the mysterious Songbird this begins the story of Phantom Freedom with a job called “Dogs eat dogs.” She will ask you to meet her at the border of the city region in the town called Dogtown, an autonomous zone within Pacifica. Once there, she’ll start you on a path that involves nothing less than saving the President of the New United States.
