Once you leave the Gerudo Canyon Stable heading southwest, your first destination is the Kara Kara Bazaar.
Talk to Saula in the weapons shop (tent) there to buy the Desert Voe Headband for 450 rupees. With this one part of the armor set you get enough heat resistant to get started, but for the full effect you need to go to Gerudo Town.

If you buy Saula’s Desert Voe headband, she’ll tell you about the secret shop behind Fashion Passion in Gerudo Town. Breath of the Wild.
Make your way through the sand cloak until you arrive at Gerudo Town itself (and hit the Soryotanog Shrine while you’re at it). Fashion Passion is on the left after you go through the main gate, but on your first visit the town is deserted (except for some Gibdo wandering around).
Along the northwest wall of Fashion Passion, water falls from the roof into a cavern below the building. Go inside.
Not far in there is a breakable rock wall on your left. You are going to be doing a lot of rock crushing here so equip your best mining tools. Break through it and then keep breaking through rock walls until you make a left turn. Climb the wall there and keep punching your way forward.
Eventually you come to a dead end with pillars along the wall. Usage To take off in the middle of that area and you pop up in Fashion Passion. There’s no secret password this time – Greta will sell to you just because you made it there.
The Desert Voe Spalding cost 1,300 rupees and the Desert Voe Pants will you run another one 650 rupees.
Desert Voe Armor set effect, upgrade cost and set bonus
If you wear a piece of the Desert Voe set, you will get the Heat resistant effect – the same effect you would get from one spicy meal or elixir. Wearing multiple parts of the set increases the power of the effect.
You can upgrade the Desert Voe Armor set at a Great Fairy. The first round of improvements will cost you 3 White Chuchu jelly (and 10 rupees) per item, and the second needs 5 White Chuchu jelly And 3 cool safflina (and 50 rupees) each.
Once you’ve upgraded the entire set to level two and worn all three pieces, you’ll get an extra Shock Damage Resist set a bonus on top of the heat resistance.
